I finally went to this BB today at 2:30pm (3/4/25) as I have passed it many times, but never stopped. I went in, and there was no line, but many patrons sitting at tables. A woman (you know who you are) assisted me and I said I wanted some bagels to go.
She asked what would you like, I said 4 ET, 4 Plain, 2 Cinnamon Raisin bagels. I haven ever seen someone touch a comouter screen so much for that order of 10 bagels. I said that seems expensive, but I guess its not.
She said I could just get a dozen and it would cost the same $19.75. So I said, OK.
She said, I gave you 6 plain and blah blah blah. I said that not what I asked for (while pressing more keys on the PC). I see the price going from $25.++ to $35++.
Then she tells me to stop giving her an attitude (which I was 100% NOT)! At that point I asked who is the owner, and she told me the price of my bagels.
I asked again, who is the owner, and again she said the price of the bagels, again and again.
The most OBNOXIOUS employee I have encountered in a loooong time. RUDE RUDE RUDE - So I guess the customer is not always right in this establishment!
If you were my employee, you would no longer be employed in my establishment for speaking that way to a customer!
If you are the owner, and just wouldn't tell me that you were, then shame on you.
If you are not the owner, then I hope you reply to my review, as I have read replies that you have left for others.
I went across the street to Roasters N' Toasters instead and gave them my money.
4/10/25 **I went back with my wife as I really wanted to try the bagels that I read so much about. Turns out, they were just okay. I asked the lady at the register, if the manager was here, and she said she was. I started to tell her about my terrible experience the first time I came, and once I started to explain myself, she said "Oh, didn't you leave a REVIEW? I said yes I did, and she thanked me for returning and said she spoke to the employee.
Here's a tip to Management: Maybe try and reply to people's reviews. It shows that you care, and that you want to make a difference, instead of me trying to bring...

The person behind the counter was very busy filling a big box order. I saw this bag that said uber eats on the counter (see pic) and it looked like it was set there to be picked up by customers, so I checked to see if the receipt had my name on it. Meanwhile this extremely rude and aggressive man (see pic) yelled at me and told me to not touch anything and to ask him first. I tried to explain that I was just checking to see if it was my uber eats order which looks the same as this. He continued to be rude. I then calmly suggested to him that if they don’t want people to pick up their order themselves maybe they shouldn’t put it right here on the counter where it’s misleading as it looks like it’s ready for pickup. I go to Starbucks regularly and pick up my order which is waiting on the counter among other orders, so this is a common practice for businesses to leave the order out for pickup by the customer. I’ve never however been yelled at in a Starbucks or any other restaurant for checking if something was my order. They are soft on the outside and more like a roll on the inside. Not crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside… The other issue/ service. The first time I went there when I got back to my office, they forgot to put the cheese and the fake bacon on my bacon, egg and cheese. So I walked back to the store. Showed them the issue. The girl behind the counter barely said anything and she remade it. No apology, etc. when I got back to my office, I opened it up. It was like a sloppy sandwich put together in a rush. I just threw it in the garbage. The next time. I asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. They put a cinnamon bun and a side of cream cheese in a bag.. The third and final time.
