The service at this establishment is absolutely disgusting. Appalling. As a Popeyes Chicken Fanatic and Social media influencer this visit to Popeyes was one of the worst for me in history. I placed an order at 5:23pm just now on May 26th. To start the menu board etiquette was severely lacking.i was asked with every item “was that it” “anything else” out of context with attitude to say the very least. It was clear the wide set African American girl with braids and or plats working the window did NOT want to be there. Working that is. She had no sense of manners or again etiquette she was disrespectful and missed half the things I ordered at the menu board THANKFULLY I asked her to repeat my order at the once arriving to the window. Which I then noticed she missed half the things I said obviously her interests were elsewhere other than where it should be in working and making an income. Or having any sense of professionalism in showcasing herself as a valuable employee. At the very least she had no sense of generosity or care for the customer. I then asked for the Manager that stated her name was Mofet because I HAD to ask immediately having experience such horrible service. Mofet was just as rude I told her the situation I stated the employee missed half the things I said that I still wanted to purchase if I could purchase them at the window being it wasn’t my fault her employee failed to relate any information from my order. Mofet was rude shrugging her shoulders looking at myself the customer up and down disrespectfully. I was told multiple times the simple things I was asking for could not be accommodated when it wasn’t I that didn’t place my order properly. Nothing in this store was in place or in order or to properly place my order or any other customers order properly. The ego and lack of sense of urgency or appeal for the customer here from the employees and management was absolutely absurd and distasteful and like I told the employees myself in person and I hope the HIERARCHY gain control of this complaint and the management at this facility. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK OR DONT WANT TO BE THERE OR WANT TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE GO HOME. QUIT. GIVE SOMEONE ELSE THE TIME AND CAPABILITY OF DOING YOUR JOB 10 times better WHILE YOUR MISERABLE not wanting to work self is at home. Remove yourself from the situation as you’re not out to help nobody or being that you don’t truly wish to provide CUSTOMER service at a fast food well known chain restaurant. Unfortunately some companies like popeyes don't take advantage of the amazing location of sw 8st. The few times I craved the chiken sandwich I always face a challenge in their fast food restaurant. The people that work at that place musty black Americans look tire or lazy mustbof the time. The lack of staff convine with the lack of wanting to work won't help the business. The food is good but the inefficient way of taking orders and the lack of customer service and long lines won't help. Why should I wait 40 min in a line when in less than 1 mile a way I have chiken Fila. You never know when the place is open or closed They don't put labels. Today I went for a sandwich and came inside the store and the manager told me you need To go to drive through rode and unprofessional. One day I go drive through and no answers. Always unpredictable and the service alway low end it make me feel like my business don't mean anything to this company. Popeyes of sw 8st should be more prepare for the traffic of Miami or better go back to Louisiana. I have never seen a company that care less for their customers and their earnings. They will have a tremendous potential if they only enhance the customer experience. More staff is needed and dine in and drive through open for their customers. Read moreI went through the drive thru on 10/11 and my order was wrong. I called and the manager muffet was very helpful she took my name and asked me to come back to pick up another order free of charge. I came back the next day. I order everything including what was to be replace at the drive thru window. When I get to the window I let the young lady know what was to be replaced. She gets an attitude and says why did you not say that while ordering, I explained to her that I did not know to do so. She gets frustrated and calls the manager to the window. The manager takes care of it and I pay the young lady for the difference of my order. While handing the bags I ask her for honey she says I put honey in the first bag, I said yes but this is another order and I will like honey for mines. Lots of honey. She gives me 3 ketchups and 2 honeys but I did not ask for ketchup I honestly don’t know if she did it on purpose or just grabbed a scoop and that’s what came out but I asked her for more and she got an attitude. Talking under her breathe, Acting as if she was annoyed or I had done something to her. She rolled her eyes and I told her you need to stop getting an attitude over honey and she still began to speak rudely so I said I’m sorry what did you say and she says very rude.
