My experience was horrible!! I paid with my debit card for a purchase totaling $20.24 and was charged $320.24. The cashier, Pam acted as if it was a couple of dollars. An hour and a half later, she told me she was calling the manager and that she would be able to place the credit back on my card. The manager came and acted as if someone had interrupted an orgasm. This took another 2 and a half hours and the police had to be called to let them know how serious I was. My African-American sisters are clueless about Customer Service and I stayed in that store waiting on a resolution for about 4 hours. Just purchased cigars from this place and literally stood in front of the store just to check if they were fresh since I was in a rush. They were completely stale so I went back in and asked can I exchange them. Not only did some lady name Maria tell me no she said assumed that I switched the ones I had just purchased. I spent a total of $60 less than 2 minutes and she states that I would need a manager to do it even though had the racist.
