Subway — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

That place was hands down the worst place I've been to. So i went aound 3pm and i had 2 different orders. When it was my turn, this random lady came out of nowhere and asked what i wanted so i told her a footlong and a 6"in. First, she took out 2 footlongs so i was like oh sorry but i just wanted 1 she looked at me and told me "i heard you the first time" while rolling her neck and eyes so im like ok then. Now she started with the sandwiches she asked me what kind of cheese, i told her for mines while im asking my sister on the phone what kind she wanted. Mind you she was right outside the car with my month old baby. It was just too cold to come in with him. Took less than a second she said american so i told her then this lady proceeded on screaming at me and said "there's no American so now what" i said just put swiss... She started yelling at me "toasted or not". So the other girl behind the counter was just about done with her customer so i requested that she let her handle my order. She went off cursing at me in front of my little nephew saying a bunch of random stuff and finding out she just had a problem because i picked up my phone to asked my sister about the whole cheese thing saying she has the right to refuse me service. So i promptly ignored her because i had my nephew then she said something about me being ugly and i just have nothing better to do that's when i blew up. Like how many times i go to Subway and i always and i mean always order 2 subs. One for me one for my husband nobody never gave us a hard time until now. I would've understood if you were there by yourself and it was busy but she had 2 other people behind the counter with her. The other girl REFUSED TO FINISH TGE SANDWICHES AND SAID SHE DOES NOT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH ME. That PLACE WAS JUST GHETTO and yes i said it... Subway need to hire people who has patience dealing with people and teaching their employees customer service. SHAME SHAME SHAME. AND MEANWHILE THERE WAS A COUPLE PARENTS WITH THEIR KIDS IN UNIFORM SITTING DOWN EATING WHO WITNESSED THE...

I walked out of there twice because they were there was like 6 people workers there that we're doing other things and they wouldn't even help me I stood there for 10 minutes before someone finally came up and said hey give him a hand and then the lady said no and I just walked out and then another time I went in there and I was standing there and staying in there and stand there I was the only one in line and I finally said forget it and I just walked out the third time wasn't so bad I went in there and three people were in there two of them were counting money and one was making herself a sandwich finally had to wait for her to finish her sandwich and then they gave it gave me mine not so good experience and the food...

and this Subway restaurant is located in a plaza near pretty much everything from the DMV gas stations grocery stores and even a Cool J's. The subway staff can be friendly depends on who is working that day. The manager is always smiling and talking with the customers. They move fast when they fix the food. They normally put a lot in the sandwiches and pile it high. They are not skimpy on the food. Overall I have been to plenty of Subways and this one is definitely a good one. Very clean place as well. But know that it can get crowded especially around lunch time...
