My husband and I used to take our car to be washed here on a regular basis. Until one day while washing our car the tracks on the carwash seemed to be broken because as we were passing through the wash on neutral-- the tracks pushed my husband's car forward causing him to hit the vehicle in front of him. Since we were on the track and in the middle of the wash, we were obviously startled but then seconds later it happened again. We hit the car in front of us like three to four times. As soon as we were able to stop, the car in front of us oddly took-off in a rush. He obviously realized what was happening but still fled the scene of the accident. We got off and asked to speak to someone in management and we were told the manager was not in the office. We then asked for a phone number and still the staff didn't seem to comply. My husband proceeded to call the cops and that is when the staff finally listened to our requests. They pulled up the license plate to car that fled and realized the license plate was expired and didn't belong to the actual car. The police wrote a police report and the car in back of me witnessed the whole thing and also wrote a witness letter for me. When I attempted to reach out to management NO ONE got back to me. And now, what would have been a $6 carwash turned into over $1k in damage to my vehicle. Not only was the body damaged but the wheels and alignment were damaged since these tracks are what forced the accident to occur. Needless to say we will NEVER go back to this location and the lack of professionalism and response was unacceptable. DO NOT put your trust in this so-called business. I am deeply disappointed with the state of this location. It is undoubtedly one of the worst-maintained places I have ever come across. To say that their services are lacking would be an understatement. First and foremost, they consistently run out of towels to dry the cars, leaving customers with no choice but to leave with wet vehicles. This is a basic requirement for any car wash establishment, and it is shocking that they cannot meet such a simple need.

On top of that, the vacuum cleaners are in deplorable condition and hardly functional. It is frustrating to see them struggling to perform their primary task of cleaning the interior of the cars. Moreover, they don't even provide window bottles for cleaning the windows, which is a basic expectation for any car servicing location. It is truly disappointing to witness such a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

To make matters worse, they also lack the necessary air guns for removing dust from the cars' interiors. This is yet another essential tool that they fail to provide, further adding to the growing list of disappointments.

Considering the multitude of issues I encountered, it is only fair for this location to offer a substantial discount to their customers. A 50% discount on all services seems justified, as they are failing to provide even half of the expected services.

In conclusion, I strongly urge against visiting this run-down location. The lack of towels, malfunctioning vacuum cleaners, absence of window bottles, and the unavailability of air guns for dust removal indicate a severe lack of maintenance and professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and find a better car...

It used to be a great experience to come to this location. For the past couple of months the service has come down significantly. They run out of towels, they don’t have window spray available and the vacuums are not always working. Today I approached the manager and they told me that they are cutting costs and that it’s going to be like this . I showed him that the vacuums weren’t working properly in my spot and he said that there was a work truck there before me. Safe to say I will stop coming to this location. Also, about 2-3 weeks ago the belt stopped and the car behind me bumped into me and they didn’t do anything about it. They had me call the police which in turn didn’t do anything because the damage wasn’t significant. I am very disappointed with the bad management in this location. I will try others before I cancel my membership hopefully they’re not doing the same.
