Yes, the tomato sauce is a bit on the sweet side (that’s to be expected). As someone who’s actually had Cuban pizza in Cuba— This place gets five easy stars. The dough is fresh and soft, not premade or cooked. I’ve been to and ordered from this place at least twenty times already. It’s cheap in price and high in quality.. Amazing. The garlic rolls are insane and the spaghetti is on point!

I’ve been in miami for the last 20 years of my life and i did loose hope of finding the authentic cuban pizza. Well i found it ! No montes d oca. No polo norte. No Rey’s pizza. Nooooo This is the place you will get the authentic cuban pizza. Tostadita like i used to have. With melting cheese that drips when you cut it in half. This is the flavor I looked for so many years. You gotta try the spaghettis too. It’s an explosion of flavors in your mouth. And what about disco de queso ? Made with queso cream or queso crema y guayaba. OMG ! this place is under new management and the new chef makes THE BEST cuban pizzas in MIAMI. I have tried most of the cuban pizzas sold in miami and this guys are by far the best. all hand made, made to order, not covered in grease like most cuban pizzas, extremely fresh ingredients and best of all amazing prices.
