I visited the shop to have batteries changed on my watches. I was told by one of the employees that one of them needed to be repaired. He would call me to give me an estimate to see if I wanted to move forward with the repair of the watch. I never heard back until 3 weeks later they called me to tell me that the watch had been repaired and the cost for repairing the watch. Wow! When I arrived at the jewelry store I told him that I would pay for it but I was not happy with the fact that they called me 3 weeks later telling me that the watch was fixed and how much the cost would be. A bald older guy rushed out of the back because he did not like the fact that I was complaining and starting giving me an attitude about this situation telling me if you want we'll send it back and undo the repairs. In addition the repair was for the numbers on the calendar underneath the face of the watch, these numbers background were the same color as the face of the watch, but now due to this repair they are...
