Pandebono Bakery — Restaurant in Miami

This is a review for service not food quality, I went with my daughter to the restaurant and the service from the waitress was terrible, we ordered soup and we wanted avocado with it, we asked the waitress but she brought it only after we finished, and she never brought water to the table either. we were ready to pay and the total outstanding was US 54.50 with tip already included, we asked the waitress why the tip was included, and she said that the system does it after an amount of US50, but the tip was US 6.50 !!! So the amount for what we eat wasn't US50 or more !!! What we ordered was a total of US48!! We paid what she said but I was very upset because she did not deserve such a tip from her poor service!! The name of the waitress is DORIS...

The only reason I gave this bakery 1☆ is because of customer service . The lady In The counter was very nice and helpful.

I was around the neighborhood on Monday and decided to check out this bakery. I order 2 Pan de Bono and 1 Tequeño.

The Tequeños were horrible 🤢🤢. The worse Tequeños I ever had in a Miami, it felt like chewing on gum and the pan de Bono, I took one bite and had to throw out the rest . The bread was dense, it had a weird chemical smell and taste . I grew up never to throw away food but the Pan de Bono was so bad I had to break a family rule. ( sorry abuela)😏

Hoy visité esta tienda para comprar buñuelos para la celebración de Año Nuevo. Originalmente, había pedido 50 buñuelos, pero después de verlo vacía que pareciera dentro de la bandeja. Decidí pedir que se llenará la bandeja para mejorar su presentación visual. No importaba si eran 70, 80 o 90 buñuelos; el punto era que la bandeja estuviera llena. Sin embargo, la tienda se negó a cumplir con esta simple solicitud y en vez de llenarla bandeja sólo agregaron 10 buñuelos a la bandeja. Cuando yo queje que aún la bandeja no estaba llenó. ofrecióron ponerlos en una segunda bandeja opción que rechacé e insistí en que esa bandeja se fuera llena y insistieron en que yo lo estaba. A este punto ya me moleste y decidí no darle más plata al negocio entonces pedí un descuento por el pedido tan grande. Me dijeron que no era posible. Al momento de cobrar el orden la empleada también pidió propina por un orden que estaba siendo recogido. Cuando yo le dije que no lo iba dar propina debido a que la empresa no fue capaz de dar un descuento por un pedido grande entonces no soy capaz de dar propina se ofendió.

Me siento decepcionado porque esperaba un mejor servicio y el actitud atenta de qué se destaca el pueblo paisa. Si estos problemas no se arreglan, es probable que no vuelva a comprar en esta tienda. Hay muchos otros lugares en Miami que venden buñuelos deliciosos y ofrecen un mejor servicio al cliente.

Espero que la tienda tome en cuenta mis comentarios y haga los cambios necesarios para mejorar la experiencia...
