Let me just start off with our first phone call, Kandace was just so friendly and so welcoming right off the bat. She provided me with so much information, pricing, availability, and all the information that a customer just wants to get to. We scheduled an in-person meeting and let me just say, from the first 5 minutes of meeting Kandace and her husband Julio, we knew that this was the vendor for us. We explained all our expectations, and not only did they exceed but the level of attention was so appreciated. Our guests were extremely happy and just overall satisfied with the quality, taste, and portions of the food. Everyone was IN LOVE with the candied bacon during cocktail hour, it was probably my favorite too. I do also have to mention their catering team (Staff) was so professional. I have been to parties, weddings, and other events where the team just looks miserable and not attentive to their duties. They pick their team with so much thought, they were so attentive and so friendly to all the guests. The bartender eventually became my best friend for the night, and not only because he was serving the drinks but his attitude and just over all a friendly personality, really made him the star of the night. GREAT STAFF!!

I can say that we picked the best of the best. We can agree that this power couple will not only take over the wedding industry but any party event. We will definitely be reaching out to them for any future events we will have.

Kandace and Julio are AMAZING! We are so happy we hired them for our wedding. Working with them was so easy, and they made sure everything ran smoothly during the ceremony and reception. The fact that they did both food and rentals was so convenient and a real time-saver. Shout-out to Kelly, who was so sweet and helpful during the day-of wedding stress! She had us laughing and feeling special all evening. Kandace's food is DELICIOUS, and she helped us plan the perfect, on-theme menu for both cocktail hour and dinner, even making custom appetizers for us. Her and Julio's passion and dedication to their couples are second to none. They took the time to get to know us to make sure they produced an event to our liking. We always felt like a priority. Julio made sure all of our rentals made it to the venue on time and were set up where we wanted. He kept everything running and our guests happy, taking the stress out of it for us. And thanks again for finding us those awesome peacock chairs! We had the wedding of our dreams, which would not have been the same with out Kandace and Julio's team. We are so happy we chose Elite Catering and An Elite Production for our wedding. From the very beginning, communication was great and everything only got better from there. The tasting alone had us excited and the food on the wedding day somehow exceeded even that. Guests still haven’t stopped talking about the food! The mini tacos and bacon were major hits and the family-style dinner was such a fun and memorable way to enjoy the reception. I’m still dreaming about the food myself.

A huge shoutout to Kandace, the chef, for her incredible talent. I absolutely adore working with people who love what they do and you can truly taste that passion in her food. On top of being so talented, she was also the sweetest. She made the whole experience feel that much more special.

On top of the incredible catering, we also worked with Julio for day-of coordinating and it made such a difference. He kept everything running smoothly and ensured all the details were exactly how I envisioned. My mom was handling florals and decor, so having Julio there took so much stress off both of us.
