BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went to this salon for Japanese Straightening. My hair is wavy but very thick. I asked the stylist Martha if this treatment would leave my hair straight and without so much volume. She assured me that it would. Well, after the very first wash my hair is NOT straight and it still has all its normal volume. I called her immediately to let her know and she told me to come back the next day so she could see it. She was already doubting me saying no that's not possible. When I got there she acknowledged that my hair is still wavy in some parts and that it's still thick but said that she can't do nothing about it. She even went as far as saying that I don't know my own hair because she remembers it being much puffier and that I should be happy with the results! She refused to fix it and refused to refund me my money. So I basically gave away $250 for free because my hair is still the same only damaged now after this treatment.

They are very unprofessional and dirty. They throw away dirty pedicure water in the sink where they wash your hair, they just tell you move your hair!! Stay away...
