It's disgusting, literally the nastiest place I've ever stepped foot in. I was afraid I was going to get bedbugs. I booked this room through hotwire. It was supposed to be a clean, non-smoking room. First of all, as soon as we pulled in, it looked like it was a combination of a homeless shelter and the hood. Check-in with the front desk was equally horrible. They made a photo copy of my ID and credit card without even asking me. So that was my second issue, 1st being how ghetto and gross it looked. Then when I went up to my room it was disgusting. The white headboard was filthy, the room smelled like someone smoked 50 pack of cigarettes in it, there was a burn mark on the sheets, and the curtains looked like they were growing mold. The rug was dirty, and the furniture was beat up. I called hotwire to tell them and requested a refund which they gave me. I literally stood in my rental car the night before I left Miami because it was so late and I would not sleep in this place. The staff was unpleasant. This place is super shady. A week after I got home the credit card I used there was used at two places I've never been to. I had to contact my credit card company and report the fraud, cancel my card and am currently waiting for them to send me a new one. Pictures of the room below for reference.

I travel a lot and have been to many hotels in the past. This by far is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at! Our door had a hole on it and the security lock was broken. It looked like someone had broken in the door before. We put the chair on the Door to baracade ourselves in and not worry about someone breaking in. Right away we noticed the pillows were gross and flat. Mine smelled like sweaty armpit and my daughter's was stained with God knows what. The hotel was booked up due to a music festival so there was no switching rooms. In the morning, i went to shower to find that the towels were dirty and ripped up. We bought new pillows and towels in the morning. I asked for clean towels when I saw housekeeping. She said she would be back. She never came. The floor was dirty, there's hair everywhere. The light on the wall by the bed didn't work. The smell of weed is all through the halls. There's garbage in the hallways (beer bottles and soda cans) The hotel also has a rooster on the grounds. He calls at all hours. It's actually kind of annoying. Do not book this hotel.

The best of this hotel is the location and historic place where is set. The lobby is good and clean and the greek restaurant too and very good service although the rooms are very disappointing facts, the furniture is very old and dirty and the paint is falling apart, moreover the cleaning of the rooms if very bad, it's dirty the walls of the room was nasty with something that seems blood or some liquid dirty stick at the walls and the bathroom very old the tube and walls dirty too, the cleaning is not the best. And very old furniture it's not an imitation of old furniture it's true old and rusty furniture. We were three and only sets 2 towels even when we ask for more and we have to ask for towels twice in the lobby and we had to downstairs to reach it. In the Mylos Restaurant I appreciate a very rude woman that seems to be a boss there but in a very bad manner she scream to her employees and it's not nice while you're dinning or drinking a coffe somenone screaming and treating her employees like slaves

I wish there was minus 7 star rate option, even that would be too kind. I spent months at this place and every single aspect of hospitality is low to the point of being ridiculous. Let’s start from the fact that place, beside being old and out of date, is unkept. Mold in every corner, cockroaches, smelly and covered in greasy carpets that are only being vacuum cleaned. The staff is untrained, especially at the restaurant which has a kitchen that reminds somewhat of Gordon Ramsey nightmare reviews. It’s walls are sprayed with sprinkling grease from years of using deep fry kitchen elements. Waiters carry pens and for poorly diversified menu, but in 50 percent of cases they fail to deliver exactly what you ordered. Housekeeping is good, doing their hard job with scheduled maintenance, but there is only so much they can do- sweep bathrooms and change sheets (on request), and they are operating from a central room that is located facing the poolside. If you book a room that looks towards the boulevard, you get a lot of noise from traffic outside, and if you get the other side that is facing pool, you get to hear a lady that screams at staff every and I mean every single morning. Pool area is nice, water is warm and pleasant, fairly clean, unless dogs are having a swim inside.

Surprisingly, that whole area is very nice, and the boulevard leads to Miracle Mile, which is only 15 minutes walk distance away. Only bad spot in the neighborhood would be Chateau Bleu. People usually stay for a overnight, and even in such short time they can feel the “charm” of this place.

The last thing would be the only good thing about the place - they have big and modern smart tv in each room, equipped with variety of channels to choose from. Internet is...

THIS MANY COMPLAINTS CAN'T BE WRONG!||DO NOT!!! I REPEAT!!! DO NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTT STAY HERE!!!!||DO NOT BOOK HERE! ||DO NOT STAY HERE!||DO NOT EVEN GO INSIDE! ||WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!||THIS hellhole was absolutely FILTHY! The outside looked like crap, but the lobby made us think, "Well, maybe!" But thennnn, we took the elevator to our floor!||Sweet Mary!!! First, when the elevator doors opened, the elevator was STILL moving up, there was a broken phone desk in the hallway and the hallway carpet looked like an airport runway! The hallway walls were filthy and dingy! The doors at the end of each hallway were open making it very humid and sticky in the halls.||THEN WE GOT TO THE ROOM OF DOOM!!!!||We stepped into the nastiest room I have EVERRRRR seen! Floor Stains of every substance known to man (and some from man -gross!!!) There was stray litter on the floor, hand prints on the walls, BOOGERS ON THE WALL (yukkerz)!!!!! There was mismatched, old, and broken furniture. The BED was "just WAITING" to give a venereal disease to anyone who lays on it!!! The bathroom door did not latch when closed, the tube was of mold and mildew, the tube was dirty, the tile floors were cracked, the "tree" air freshener, hanging on the light switch was a bit odd! The bath towels appeared used, the lampshade had wet stains on it. (HOW THE HELL DOES THAT HAPPEN???!!!?!?! LASTLY!!! and this is the "WEIRDEST THING" I have eveerrrrr seen!!! There was a sink by the front door as you go out.... GREEN LEAVES GROWING OUT OF THE DRAIN!!!!||READ THIS... AND THE OTHER REVIEWS, AND LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!! We stay here 4 times out of the year for several weeks on vacation at the ChateauBleau Hotel. I have seen the negative reviews floating around, and frankly, I find them baffling.

For a nice, reliability and safety are paramount, and the ChateauBleau delivers every single time. We have zero issues with bugs or pests; the housekeeping staff is diligent and keeps the rooms immaculate. Similarly, the hot water is dependably strong and consistently hot, which is crucial after a long day of travel or activities. The security here is top-notch, and the environment is incredibly quiet. We feel completely safe and relaxed, allowing for truly peaceful nights and restful vacations.

The hotel grounds themselves are simply beautiful. The landscaping is meticulously maintained, and the pool area is a serene oasis. It’s always sparkling clean, providing a perfect spot for unwinding. We spend countless hours lounging by the water, and the overall aesthetic of the property is genuinely stunning—it feels much more exclusive than its price point suggests.

What truly makes the ChateauBleau amazing, however, is the staff. Over the years, they have become like family. The service is personalized, efficient, and friendly, addressing any needs quickly and with a smile. They remember our preferences and always go above and beyond. If you are looking for a hotel that offers outstanding value, beautiful surroundings, reliable amenities (like that amazing pool and consistent hot water), and a safe, quiet haven for an a vacation, do not hesitate. This is our home away from home, and it’s...
