I had the pleasure of visiting Teatro Trail in Miami recently, and I can honestly say it deserves a solid 5-star rating. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm, welcoming, and full of energy. The staff members were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure guests felt comfortable and enjoyed the evening. They went above and beyond with their hospitality, which made the entire visit feel very personal and special.
The venue itself has an intimate charm that makes every performance feel close and engaging. The seating was comfortable, and the sound and lighting were excellent, which really enhanced the overall atmosphere. It is clear that the team pays attention to the details, ensuring that the audience can fully immerse themselves in the show without distractions.
The performance I attended was both entertaining and thought-provoking, showcasing the incredible talent of local and international artists. You can tell that Teatro Trail is committed to bringing high-quality productions to the Miami community, and it’s refreshing to see a place that celebrates culture and the performing arts with such passion.
Overall, Teatro Trail exceeded my expectations. Between the outstanding service, welcoming staff, and top-notch performances, it’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great night out in Miami. I will definitely be returning soon to enjoy...

I paid $192 for 3 tickets to see "La Otra Mascarilla" for my parents' 34 year wedding anniversary and my first impression was 1) a dirty floor 2) broken seats 3) dusty carpets 4) rude management 5) no English spoken. In the pictures I attached to this review you can see the conditions of two of the seats in the same row I was. The one that's in bare metal tore my blouse and the side of my pants as no one cared to fix it prior to listing the ticket for sale and the lights were so dim I couldn't even prevent the danger of something like this.
The manager was called and the pathetic excuse she gave for it was:"People break things", and I was like "Ok, but that's something that happens when you are offering any service such as a restaurant, hotel, or even another theater, the issue you need to address is fixing it when someone breaks it, that's it."
Obviously I will not be coming back, no matter how good or bad the play was, bc I'm literally writing this from my car bc I could not watch the play due to my clothes being torn to such an extent I was flashing my underwear from one side. Hope "Oficialmente Gay" is presented in another theater bc if it only shows in this one, I'll die before I see it. #teatrotrailmiami #teatrotrail #neveragain #awful...
Read moreEvery time I visit this place I had a great time, full of laughs. I went to watch a play named "Tres viudas en un crucero". This is a Spanish play, specially dedicated for the Cuban Community and all the people who lives in Hialeah, because they make comments all the time about things and problems that they have because of living where they live. I promise you will have an awesome time here. Also during the play you can drink or have some food while watching these three excellent artists acting as the professional comedian they are. The staff is very kind, efficient, friendly and professional. This is also the theater where you can watch the Alexis Valdes comedies. In my opinion he is one of the best comedians in the world, specially when he create a script for playing in theaters. He always talks about what is happening at the moment in the world, and makes you laugh with his reflections and his advices. He is wonderful. Her next play is scheduled for May. The name of this new play is "Oficialmente Gay 3: Operacion Korea", and I can't wait to see it. Also you can buy the tickets for the plays online, at the Teatro Trial webpage. Even if you need to reschedule your tickets, the theater staff is always willing to help you. I hardly...
