TERRIBLE! do not come here for anything. i came for a simple oil change and ended up stuck here for 2 hours chasing them around to fix the mess they made. first, they broke my ac, then they broke my glove box, then they charged me an additional $11 to clean the interior of my car yet due to some miscommunication, it never got cleaned.

when they handed me my car, the ac was making a loud mechanical whir which the employee ignored as if nothing was wrong. like?? after making them fix everything except for the glove box because i was fed up at this point, they rolled their eyes and scoffed when i tried telling them to vacuum the interior (a service which i had JUST paid for). i showed them the receipt and that was somehow funny too.

i have never experienced something like this. please, do not come here. not sure what all the good reviews are for. an important detail to add is that throughout this entire horrible experience, i was extremely patient and pleasant. however, their service + customer service is terrible. my car is still filthy and for some reason sticky, the ac still makes a whir sound, and my glove box is holding on by a thread. i just couldn’t spend another hour there and had to leave.

i hate leaving bad reviews but this place is insane. i’m preparing for a 22 hour drive back north and am worried something...

I came in for an oil change and they stated I needed to do a flush, rotation, alignment, and switch out the air filter, which came out to be about $270. After they did all this, I got home and I noticed they had stepped on a plastic that sticks out from my door step and broke it open, which caused me to go back and have them fix it and luckily were able to put it back together. The following week I was driving on the highway and felt that my car started to vibrate, which meant that they didn't balance out my tires when they did the rotation/alignment, which caused me to go visit them for a second time in order for them to fix that issue and they did. This is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of one because, when I brought the car back to them I was able to get the problems resolved, but it sucks that I paid all that money just for them to not do a proper job the first...

I wish I could give a zero start to this place. I went to get an oil change, the guy recommended high mileage oil for 59$ I told him ok. I was there for two hours when he comes to me telling me that my car need extra oil because it’s a 6.4 something. And it’s more money. I told him have never heard that before and I’ve been to a lot of oil change place I never get charge extra for oil . One price that’s it. So he want to not do my oil change and call the cops on me. Because I said I am not leaving with the car like that I don’t know what they did on the car the car was on the high machine and I am not leaving. So this dude was rude and asking me to wait for the cops outside when I was there for two hours. Bad customer service , complete rip off. They want to make u pay extra for something else because you a woman. #badcustomerservice #badratings...
