In regards to my previous review. It doesn't matter how much you try to say to not treat a dog like a child. You only say that because you saw me carrying my PUPPY into the undecent place that you own. The lady whom's name I don't have tried brushing my puppies hair and was pulling on it. She changed brushes TWICE which showed me she had no idea about what she was doing. You might have opened a shop, but you do not know how to treat people with courtesy or run it. You will eventually go out of business, because of how you treat people and their animals. My puppy definitely wasn't the first to be mistreated and won't be the last. There are other bad reviews under your business which you wish you could delete, that state similar things to which I am saying. To anybody reading this... NEVER leave your dog here under the supervision of any of these people. By the way, animals are an extension of one's family. If you see your dog as just a dog then I feel sorry for it. Training for animals exist. Positive and negative reinforcements exist. You're supposed to be the professional here and you are showing absolutely nothing related to it. To each its own. Just so you know there are people in this world that truly love their animals and treat it with love.. not a sick child how you said. And your nasty attitude towards animals and their owners will not take you nor your shop very far. The boxes that you put the animals are a horrible idea as well. There is no security for an animal if it were to ever spray something on my dog that it shouldn't. Machines malfunction and are not predictable. I truly hope that you don't lay your hands on anymore animals. To the people that read this.... again.... please think twice before bringing your BELOVED animal to this place. OR sick child which is the way she...
Read moreThis place is great! Unfortunately we found out about this place before our move but what an experience! The attendant there was very informative and answered all our questions, we had her undivided attention. She was friendly and gentle with our fur baby and explained the machine throughout the entire process. The machine disinfects itself before starting and definitely helped us out with bathing her without the hassle at home. She allowed us to touch the water and it is the perfect temperature for our pup as well as it didn't bother her eyes and ears. Once we were done she smelled amazing and felt so clean! They even provide brushes to brush your dog after the drying phase which was great since they have the furminator brush we use that really helps with the loose hairs. If we weren't moving, we would definitely keep coming back! Hopefully you branch...
Read moreI don’t know why people are saying this place is torture when it’s not. First of all, your pet isn’t just locked in a plastic cage to be washed. You can pause the wash/dry at any time to comfort your dog should they need it. They get washed well, and the drying session is awesome. You can do a manual wash and dry if you don’t feel comfortable with the system doing it on it’s own. I did both and my dog was super comfortable with the machine doing all the work. You sanitize the system before you use it, you can go in at any time it’s literally 24/7, and your dog comes out clean! I highly recommend it for anyone that wants a simple way to clean your dog without the mess at home. If it’s your first time going, go during the day so you can be guided on how the system works. Once you’re taught, you’ll realize how great it is....
