What an absolutely INCREDIBLE stay we had at the South Beach Villas!!!! I visited with 15 girls for my sister's bachelorette party, and the weekend could not have been more perfect.

The property itself was gorgeous - a six-bedroom house right on the water with a pool and huge outdoor hangout/dining area. Through John and Tabitha we chartered a yacht for one day which literally picked us up right at the property.

We also booked the chef - none other than John himself (+staff)- to prepare brunch one day and dinner another day for us. Both meals were absolutely delicious, and John and Tabitha catered to a variety of very challenging dietary restrictions. They were so helpful to work with as we discussed menus beforehand, and the execution was just perfect.

And finally, the property developers/owners John and his wife Tabitha truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From answering a million emails over the course of many months, to receiving packages ahead of time, and even offering to help ship them home to us, at every turn they went the extra mile to make sure our stay had everything - and I mean absolutely everything - we needed.

If you are lucky enough to book John and Tabitha's place - DO IT!! And do it super early - like a year out if possible! Not only is it worth every penny, but I feel so good about supporting the such hard-working entrepreneurs like John and Tabitha who are also just sincerely kind people.

I rented this property for a March 2021 bachelorette party with a total of 14 girls. There were just enough beds for everyone after adding 2 rollaways to the master. The kitchen and living room are both huge with more than enough seating to accommodate everyone. The outdoor space was awesome and again had more than enough seating by the pool, the dock, and the outdoor table. The house came stocked with essentials like laundry detergent and every kitchen utensil you could possible need. We booked the chef service for one day and the food was amazing! They made sure there was enough for everyone to have as much as they wanted. John was super responsive and answered all of my questions promptly and was available to hop on the phone whenever I needed something. Was thinking of renting a villa from here, but after the owner basically blaming someone who posted a three star review for not reporting faults I now won't be. Saying any faults that are reported would be fixed in minutes are not possible when it includes damaged paintwork and woodwork coming away from walls. The maintenance/cleanliness is the owners responsibility and it should be fully checked before renting it out. I suggest you take responsibility and "hold your hands up" for the flaws exposed in Michaels review and put a remedy in place before blaming someone who gave you "only" a three...
