My son went to them they dropped off the wrong stuff that he paid for and when we went up there to get the situated it became into a bigger issue because the guy didn't like the fact that we were asking questions about the prices that he wanted my son to pay more they want my son had already paying for the product that he never received and then the gentleman started threatening us telling us he's not the one that he's going to show us who the one is and this man has my address so I really want to know what Rent-A-Center is going to do about the gentleman that keeps threatening me and yes the cops have been involved So I will not be going to this place I do not suggest anyone to go to this place because they are not very nice people they lie they try and cheat people out of the products and not only that I am also pressing charges on the woman who was there who placed their hands on me and pushed me a disabled person...

Poor service. I am a happy Customer with Aarron' s. I only went to your location to simply pay a bill for a client. A new employee insisted on taking over instead of allowing the the experienced employees to simply complete the transaction. I clearly told this new employee that my client was paying a partial amount. She could not complete the transaction in two forms of payment herself and asked for help from another employee. She did not communicate the plan for partial payment to the other employee completing the transaction. Nor did he ask me how much my client would be making a payment for. They just assumed it was full price. Therefore, it was not done correctly and and there is a hold on my clients card. So they say. And my client is upset. Will never rent from them ever again i had a 75 inch flat screen and a iphone se there i gave them both back today and now there trying to tell me that there is a lock on the iphone so they can't factory reset it when the phone was already factory reset and the person even said they seen the start up screen when they chargered the phone now they want to try and charge me for the iphone even know the last time i had a apple icloud account was in 2018 not gonna be paying for a phone that now something is wrong with low and behold when they take it back if need be i will be taking other steps to get this problem...
