I thoroughly enjoyed the food when I first moved to the island. However, the last 4 times I have been there, I have been harassed by one of the workers. She has accused me of stealing three times, even though I have proven her wrong and the cashier himself said it was not me. I was also not on the island at the time she said it was stolen. She also refuses to check the cameras to confirm that it was not me, instead choosing to continue to harass my friend and I every time we step foot in there. The last time I went in to the buy a Gatorade from Super Buy itself, not even the restaurant, she harassed me about my appearance and laughing hysterically, grabbing the cashier to do the same thing. Based on reading these reviews I am not the only person this has happened to. I know I am not from here but I respect this island, the local people and have made this place my home. This behavior should not be accepted or tolerated. Tourists, non-locals, locals, etc. should never feel uncomfortable walking into a grocery store, restaurant or any place for fear of being harassed by the people...
Read moreI never leave bad reviews, but am so disturbed. I called to schedule a next day delivery for workers at my home. At first the guy says "we dont do that". I said "really, you have done it before". He tells me to hold, gets back on the phone and says "Call tmrw, we are busy" and I hear someone in the background saying the same thing. If I could call tmrw, I would, obviously there is a reason I have to set this up now. Anyway, I called Marco's instead. They were happy to help, without having to put me on hold to check. I am a Marco's customer now, for good. This is not the 1st time I have had a rude exp in the last year, but it is now the last. I know you are busy, but that should make you appreciative. Read moreWell I will begin with my the customer service on the phone when I placed my delivery order. I felt as if I Was a bother when placing my order. When our food arrived, the wrong phone number was called. The driver immediately showed irritation toward us because we did not answer the phone right away. He began giving my boyfriend a hard time for making him wait and “missing 3 orders”. He shared blame that we should not call on a different phone then the one we want them to call on. It is understandable the circumstances may heighten everyone’s emotions but I wholeheartedly feel that it should not impact the experience you give your customers when they are merely trying to support local businesses.
