Elegant Windows — Local services in Middlebury

This is my second post (07/05/2022) We just had Joan and James install blinds at our new house. The blinds look great. As I said in a previous post, Joan is a real professional. She came to our house (on-time) to assess the needs, took measurements and two weeks later--the blinds are up! Great people, great product, great company. Joan and James are easy to work with and very efficient, polite and effective. They had over a dozen window coverings installed in less than an hour. First post (2020) We are very pleased with the products and services from Elegant Windows. Joan came over to our house and reviewed the options available for the windows that we wanted to enhance. Joan was on time, professional and knowledgeable. No sales pitch. Just facts, knowledge and samples. The installation was great, too. James was prompt and had the window treatments installed in little time. The work was quick, clean and stress-free. . We hired Joan and her team to design and make new curtains for our recently remolded kitchen. Joan responded quickly, came out to our home the following day, than we had several more appointments picking out beautiful fabrics, such a gorgeous selection! Needless to say, the curtains are stunning. The work by the seamstress is exquisite. I give this company a 5 star across the board. Also, Joan is concerned about her clients budget and offers suggestions as to how to cut costs that do not interfere with the quality. Joan was wonderful during the entire process. Scheduling her time to come over to measure and pick out what we needed was very easy. She was also very diligent in ensuring that we were picking out the right color to match our decor and furniture. She made sure that we would be happy with what we were choosing. Once the shades arrived were able to schedule the install within a couple of days. This process went very well also.
