My husband and I put in a dry cleaning order about 8 weeks ago after attending a wedding. Ticket said ready for an afternoon pick up, husband went before closing and was told it wasn’t ready. He had to go back another day, to which they couldn’t find our batch and he had to wait 15+ min while they searched for it. Once he got home, he realized his shirt worn to the wedding was in the pick up, but his brand new $80 dress pants were missing. We attempted to call, but no answer and mailbox full. He went back a few days later and they said they’ll “try to find them.” They took his name and number. We’ve unfortunately have heard nothing back yet. I plan on going in person this week to speak to someone about this, because I can’t seem to contact anyone otherwise.

It turns out, dry cleaning is not done on site and is sent out.

Update - I went to the store after my husband went during the summer and not hearing back. I spoke with the owner and Gerta followed up promptly and was able to find the pants after seeing the dry cleaning...

Terrible place. They don’t know what they are doing except ripping you off. They turned my gown into a dress. I took my Mother of bride dress here and they just decided to cut the sleeves short when I asked them to just open the seam 1/4 inch. Then to take up an inch on the shoulder which they didn’t even do. Then I asked for hem to be ankle length and it was still to long. So they said they would hem it more to make it ankle length. When I went back to pick it up it was destroyed. She cut it another 3 inches or more and the front was longer than the sides. Terrible terrible people. I told her I was not happy and she said it’s ok it looks good. Bullcrap she ruined my gown and did not offer to fix it somehow or refund my money. Terrible people...

Extremely dissatisfied! They over hemmed my gown I planned on wearing to my son’s wedding short even though I have pictures of it pinned by them as to where I wanted it to fall. Every time I went in the work was not completed and they would rush it while I was standing there and say it’s done only to try it on and get pricked by pins because they didn’t finish the work. They handed me my gown saying it was done and they over hemmed the outer and left the inner lining hanging longer. Just not the kind of quality detail type of work I expect a professional to offer. I took my gown to another seamstress today who is attempting to fix some of the other areas that they altered that were not looking as though they were done well. I will definitely not...
