My first time here, the greeter was friendly, as was the waitress initially. The website menu shown is not from 2022 as indicated, as the prices are listed lower than a 2021 review. This is important to me as my Meat Lover's Omelette was 30% higher than the online menu. My omelette meal with cheese & coffee was $16.50. Actually, all prices were higher, which is expected, but it is a very simple thing to change a single online webpage image!
The Coffee was EXTRA as was the omelette cheese. The omelette was made to order, very tasty & was made with 3 eggs. They also offer Gluten Free bread, but I didn't see it listed anywhere.
After 42 minutes of dining in their open, well lit atmosphere, I asked for another cup of coffee(my 3rd). The woman gruffly said she'd have to check with our waitress. The same person came back to say that we could get another cup if we "move to the counter seats because we'd been there a long time & people were waiting to sit down."
When I responded about the large difference in online menu prices, the same person stated that they can't control that because they have new owners. Then rudely added that we were given menus & could see the prices (walking away).
Any positive experience here today has been eradicated by the rudeness delivered by some of the wait staff and will ensure my friend & I will not return.
ADVICE: Give this place a shot, but be sure to set your watch or phone for a 35-40 minute timer so you'll know when to hustle your party out of there. The seating real estate is apparently more important than their guests...

I recently visited Kitchen 64 and had a genuinely great experience. From the moment I walked in, I appreciated the small, intimate space and the relaxing décor—it felt like the perfect spot to unwind or even get some work done. Although they offer outdoor seating, I opted to sit inside where it was cool and comfortable, a great escape from the heat.
I ordered their special Italian sausage and roasted red pepper omelet, and it did not disappoint. The portion size was generous, especially for the price, and the flavors were rich and satisfying—definitely a dish I’d come back for. To top it off, I had a caramel mocha iced coffee, which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious—a refreshing treat on a warm day.
What stood out even more was the friendly, accommodating staff and the clean, fast service. It’s not easy to find a place that checks all the boxes, but Kitchen 64 absolutely delivered. Bonus: it's also a great spot to bring your laptop and get some work done without distractions.
I'll definitely be returning—this...
Read moreThis place has such a nice atmosphere. I always feel at home here! The food is really good and very fairly priced. They have lots of flavors of herbal tea and a whole list of different eggs Benedict. The homefries are really delicious and I suspect they are cooked in bacon fat. Great lunch options, too! My only wish is that they had more vegan options. Vegans can get a fruit cup and some very plain oatmeal for breakfast (they do offer syrup or brown sugar for the oatmeal which is nice), or a veggie wrap for lunch. Some of the salads are easily converted by removing cheese or meats, too. I would love to see something heartier like a vegan soup, pasta, grain salad or something like that, but it's a small town diner so I get it.
Update: They've added fancy coffee and specials and they are so so delicious. We still absolutely...
