Great employee customer service. I was lucky enough to get a PS5 early April 2022 for my daughter & ran into an issue with the first game I went to download. I was worried, at this point it was either the game or the disk drive that had the issue. I cleaned the disk & tried again & Horizon Forbidden West froze at 35% again. I bought a different game & tried to download it & no issues. I breathed a sign of relief, since it was the game & not the disk drive, since PS5's are hard to get. I went back to the store within 30 days, with the receipt & was given a new HFW game that successfully downloaded. My daughter was happy & so was I.
P.S. If you happen to experience this issue, after it fails to download, from the home screen, (on the icon of the game, that lets you eject the disk), select delete download, before cleaning your disk & giving the game a second download attempt.
I also bought a Minecraft toy that requires your kid to break the sandstone around the toy & the employee made sure to mention to me that it creates a mess, so that I was able to have my kid "mine" the toy in the garage for an easy clean up, instead of his bedroom carpet.
Same employee also mentioned games coming out, incase I wanted to pre order them. Also, he matched a low online price, to the higher store price, on a game. Great, helpful, friendly, informative guy. ...

For a little backstory I was in there and this guy had bought a game, and when he went home there wasn’t a disk in the case. So he came back and politely asked for a refund. I don’t remember if he had a receipt or not, but the woman which I am not going to call by name, immediately jumped to conclusions and said, “well maybe you took the case off the shelf and is just trying to get the game for free” that really ticked me off but I didn’t say anything.
