The salesman (Bo) has been great! The disappointment was the lack of communication between the store and myself (with delivery updates for the recliner that was ordered). Also, only a few days after we received our furniture (by the way, we spent over $3000 for a living room suit and a recliner), the love seat had what appeared to be a spring that caused a lump in the back of it. I had to contact the store several times regarding this and they advised they have someone that "repairs" furniture and that it would be picked up, repaired, and delivered back to our home the same day. My wife and I work which makes it difficult to work around delivery etc. She was home yesterday and was advised the furniture wouldn't be brought back to our home until today. It's early afternoon and we hadn't heard from the store (and no one will be home after today during their hours for the love seat to be brought back to our home). I contacted the store and spoke to who I believe is the manager (John) and he was rude (and has been short with me on the phone more than once). If this is the customer service they provide to customers who have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture (we have purchased there before), then I will find another store to purchase from...

Ok so word of mouth is that this place is really expensive. I even used to think that myself. As soon as I walked in I was immediately surrounded by gorgeous furniture. I go look at a few price tags and Jesus it's WAY out of my price range, so I immediately left. However later on I went back and actually went past the stuff at the very front and was shocked at how adorable some items were and even though they were alot more affordable the quality was still top notch. I have even fallen in love with a love seat (no pun intended lol) and they didn't have the sectional for it so they ordered it for me. Plus they deliver AND haul away your old furniture.Oh and be up front with them about what you are looking for and what you can afford they were very very helpful to us. I'm telling ya it's a great place don't let the pricey stuff at the front door scare you away like it did me at first. This is my new go to furniture...
