Middletown Flower Shop — Local services in Middletown Township

My fiancé ordered me a beautiful arrangement from 1800 flowers, this florist actually filled the order, the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like what was ordered. I completely understand they may have had to make some substitutions due to their inventory, but clearly no attempt was made to look even remotely close to the bouquet ordered, it looked completely thrown together and and he paid a staggering $146.00. I work in retail, I never complain or return anything and I have an enormous amount of patience and empathy for those who work with the public, I realize this is probably the busiest season for them and everyone has an off day once in a while, but these flowers were delivered 2 days before Valentine’s Day and they arrived by 11 am so for $146.00, there was absolutely no reason I did not receive fresh flowers, the flowers were crushed, already tearing and turning brown on the edges upon arrival. Ordered flowers for my mom to surprise her on her bday. Mom wasn't home during the delivery. When I called the number provided, I learned the flowers were coming from this shop and they didn't want to leave the flowers out in extreme heat. The owner/workers were so helpful and kind to work with me on getting the flowers redelivered, even though it was late afternoon. Place is a joke. Employees swearing on the phone having a conversation clearly not related to business while I'm in there with my 2 yr old being completely ignored. We were the only potential customers in the store. After about 15 minutes of being ignored we left. Went to a near by florist in & out with a beautiful arrangement for half the price....smh.
