It's very nice inside of pueblo mágico. I ordered the chicken burrito with fries as the side choice, water and horchata. The burrito arrived in timely fashion. The burrito was big and packed with savory ingredients. I put a little salt on the fries, and ketchup that the waiter promptly brought to the table in a cute little plastic cup. Eventually I had to ask for *napkins because there weren't any around for me to help myself too. Then I also had to ask for silverware. I was apologizing profusely and smiling because I felt silly that I kept asking for items, that I felt I obviously needed. (Unprompted) The waiter told me that most people just "eat it (the giant burrito) like a taco"... so. [Hahahahahahahaha. Burrito like a taco?! Why not like a big burrito; that's bursting at the seams with filling and too large for standard hands and obviously not wrapped in paper and foil? (Sarcasm is pointless, so I didn't share my joke with the waiter)] Long story short I ate the potentially messy burrito like a burrito, that was eventually messy using the fork and knife he brought me which came wrapped in a *cloth napkin. Go figure! After asking about sauce to go on top of the burrito. I was given the *option of green or red which was nice. I opted for the green sauce for an extra charge of which I was informed was homemade. The green sauce was *delicious. Recently I'd asked a new acquaintance where to eat in Bedford on Sun 10/17/21. She said Pueblo Mágico and Belford Bistro. I showed up at Pueblo Mágico on Tues 10/19/21. Her Belford Bistro recommendation reinforces a Bistro tip I'd recieved a while ago (R.I.P. Frank Shnuck) I'm going to try Pueblo Mágico again. Emerging from the pandemic chaos, some waitstaff have become a little complacent. The complacency does not always affect the quality of the food I am happy to realize. //What wasn't **delicious is the proximity of the slop sink filled with glasses identical to the ones I was drinking from at my table to the men's bathroom door. I'm talking about; they're in the same place. I was suspicious about the probabilities of cross-contamination...
Read moreWe picked this location based on ours proximity to our JerseyJoyride for the day. We parked in one of the spaces located to the right of the building, even though we weren't sure if that was parking for them as it's kind of connected to the Walgreens. However we didn't see any restricted parking signs. There was only one other take being used when we got there so we were able to pick almost any table which was great. Our waitress was fine, although I was trying to get a little more conversation and a smile out of her, any server not smiling serving food always makes me feel a little uncomfortable trying to enjoy my meal. Maybe she was tired from a long day? 🥱 But she did a good job bringing the delicious and fresh food so that was good.
We got the 2 Plain Memeles and the Combinacion Mexico plates and they were absolutely fresh and delicious. We also added the Salsa and Chips and the hot sauce was hot! 🥵
Our total bill came to over $100 which was a little more than we planned on spending but everything was priced so we knew exactly what it cost. 💰
The inside of the restaurant is heavily decorated including the tables which we've seen are a few other restaurants of the same style. Great for some photos. 📸
Overall a great tasting fresh meal and I would definitely recommend trying this location out.

Read moreEXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE. Not to mention that the food wasn’t as good either. My tacos were cold and very plain. Our waiter who apparently was also the manager was VERY RUDE when I complained about the bill being overcharged as he said: “OUR PRICES ON THE MENU ARE 2 YEARS OLD AND WE HAVE DIFFERENT PRICES NOW” How does a restaurant get away with charging their customers something different than what they are listing on the menu? What if I went there with certain amount and couldn’t afford to pay the extra charges? I have had this issues happening at other places including retail stores and they do RESPECT the price you see. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! And if you do make sure you have extra money because no matter what they are going to scam you and overcharge you! At the end of the bill they have something called “service charge” which I assume it’s like a forced gratuity the make you pay. Mine was almost $17. On top of that if you pay with credit card you will receive...
