I literally just realized that I totally forgot to write this review & I should have done it months ago & I'm truly sorry because my experience was nothing short of Awesome. The owner Pat is a true gentleman & an all around great guy. I came in back in early December to get a pendant fixed that my brother who passed away had gotten made for me & explained to Pat that I needed a bigger bell for the pendant to fit on a bigger chain & Pat was extremely helpful with my request & was just the nicest guy & explained the process to me & we just had a really great conversation & he said he would call me when it came in. We'll about a week later Pat called & told me I could come & pick up my piece & there would be no charge & I was just extremely grateful. I came & picked up my piece to find it was polished & looked amazing. He really went above & beyond & knew how special the pendant was to me & I'm forever greatfull for his generosity. I wrote a review two years ago and am so passionate about this place I want to write one again. Everybody should know about this little gem of a store. I continue to go to Patrick for all my jewelry wishes. I have lived and travelled all over the world and visited many different jewelry stores and studios. But this place is by far my favorite. Patrick is not only very knowledgeable, has a beautiful variety of jewelry in his store, but truly wants to make you happy. He will not be happy until you are. What he does not have in his store, he will find and get for you. He listens carefully to understand precisely what you want and wish for and together with Joe will create or find what it is you are looking for. Their custom work is absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Patty and Middletown Jewelry. I had an idea of the engagement ring I was looking for and Middletown Jewelry had so many options that really helped me choose the perfect ring. Patty went above and beyond to help to educate me on the diamonds and find the perfect fit for the ring I was looking for. It came out better than I could have imagine. Also to add I live on Maui and Patty made this all happen, shipping from New Jersey to Hawaii.

My fiancée was absolutely blown away by the ring’s beauty, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The diamonds really sparkle and shine out like no other.
