I urge people to take their business elsewhere. I had ordered a replacement wedding band with engraving and the salesperson (lady w/ glasses, brown hair) had told us false information saying that the engraving on the ring was free. After about a few weeks, I got worried from not hearing from them if the ring came in. It just so happened that they said the ring had come into the store the day I called (yea right) and told me that I could pick it up whenever. The next day I came into the store just to have the lady salesperson tell me that the engraving was not free and was not even completed yet so they'd have to ship it out from the store to have it done. Why would they not call the customer about this over the phone prior to making my trip there???? My wife was pretty upset at this point and had walked away. What was even worse was that the manager of the store (hispanic lady, tied back black hair) handled the situation in the worst kind of way. After we returned the ring, I hung out to talk to her and she continued to list a bunch of excuses of why their communication to the customer was very poor. I just wanted to list the problems to her for her to ascertain them and make sure that it wouldn't happen to anyone else and also was hoping for a simple apology but all I got were ambiguous statements of what she (the manager) had to deal with as internal issues which I don't think has anything to do with the customer. So all in all, we were pretty upset that they wasted so much of our time and they didn't seem to care in the least bit. Read moreBought a lockett there yesterday/monday for my gf as a memorial piece for a loved one that passed. Paid alot to have it shipped over night and when she got it she loved it. Opened it up to put pics of her loved one then tried to close it and it broke. It was the only one there that was perfect for her. She cried so much and it broke my heart. Called the zales in va to explain the situation wich they had me call a 1800 number. They said they can do an exchange down there. They had the same one and that broke too. So she had to settle for one of the same value wich was no where near like the one i have got for her. I offered to pay the diffrence by phone with my card and they refused even though the customer service said i could! Her recieving it by ups was the firat time since she smiled and felt joy... Rob spent a long time explaining the different types of diamonds and the stores exchange policies if the ring wasn't what the fiancé wanted. Absolutely no pressure! My son had checked out the prices of diamonds online so he knew about what some should cost but wanted to see the diamond he purchased. He picked a diamond from the "Brilliant Collection". It was a one carrot princess diamond. They worked out the price. He put money down, and they set up an interest free payment plan (that he paid off on time) for the rest. She loved it!!
