I am deeply disappointed in the appalling treatment I received at your Langhorne Pennsylvania Oxford Valley Mall location. As a customer who had every intention of making a significant purchase, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect shown by your employee.

I had multiple items on the counter, ready to make a purchase, when I simply asked to take a closer look at a necklace. Instead of accommodating my request, the employee rudely informed me that I couldn't do so. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable, especially in the luxury jewelry industry where the customer experience should be paramount.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned that I would take my business elsewhere, the employee callously told me to do so. I requested to speak with a manager to address the situation, only to be denied access to any further assistance. This utter lack of accountability and refusal to provide basic customer service is truly disheartening.

I had every intention of spending a substantial amount of money at your store, but after this deplorable experience, I will no longer be shopping at your establishment. It is clear that your employees lack the fundamental understanding of customer service and respect that is essential in the luxury retail industry.

I urge you to address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees are trained to provide the level of service and professionalism that customers rightfully expect.
