Mattress Firm Oxford Valley — Hotel in Middletown Township

I walked into Mattress Firm not 100% sure if I would even be buying a mattress that day. As I was browsing Angie came over to help out. She was extremely helpful in not only finding a mattress but determining what mattress would be right for me. She was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable for when I had questions. I gave a range for a budget and she pointed me to the right place. She had me test a few to be sure I got the right mattress.

A few weeks later when it was time to pick it up, Angie again was incredible with her assistance and personable nature. Was helpful and patient again as my brother and I loaded the mattress on top of our car. Mike had helped me finish up the paper work and was also very friendly and helpful!

I was looking around at other stores that sold mattresses but this one was definitely the spot. The staff, especially Angie, were incredible, friendly, and didn't seem like typical sales-people who act like vultures when you open the doors. Rebecca was great! She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and wasn't pushy! We explained our need for a full size mattress and box spring and she knew exactly what to show us. She showed us several choices for us to decide on. I also explained how important it was to have next day delivery due to a medical need. We were scheduled to have delivery the next day! We will be returning in the near future for a queen set for our bedroom. Thank you Rebecca! Delivery came the following day of our purchase and I must say the communication with calls and emails was excellent!!!!! I purchased a mattress in July of this year. Unfortunately, after a few months, I became increasingly unhappy with it, I was waking up achy and thought that it wasn’t supporting me enough. I went onto to their website and started a warranty claim, it was easy and very straightforward to do. Much to my surprise I immediately received a response and that my request had been approved. I went to the store a few days later and picked out a new mattress. Both times that I visited the store, for the first mattress and then the exchange, the sales people were very helpful, laid-back, and no pressure.
