I found this store online, and saw all comments are good, so I drove almost 2 hours to go repair couple pieces of antique jewelry, one of them is a 14K gold bracelet with a gold ball (2 leaves on) deco accessory. They guy took it in and after like 5-10 minutes, he asked me if I want him clean, I said ok, about 10 seconds he came out with the bracelet and he very friendly served me with small cup of coffee. However, shocked me, my original heavy chunky solid gold chain section antique now turned into a bright shinning chain, my original is antique gold very old piece, this new chain is much thinner narrower and much longer than my original chain and it is bright shinning brand new. the original antique ball deco is on and still in the original antique color as when I brought the bracelet in. the original bracelet fit me right well and has slightly hang on my wrist, now the bracelet is so large and so long and fall in the mid of my hand palm, I can not wear at all anymore. My original bracelet is 14K solid gold, has nice weight and chunky looking, this chain is so light weight. My original bracelet the closure is much smaller in circle, and thicker in making, the replaced one is much larger in circle. And I do not know what material this new chain made of, and I do not believe it is a gold anymore. This is a piece mom gave to me and I went to repair and for memory. I was very upset.
