Not happy with my purchase at this store. Went to tried and was informed that was not their policy due to tags being off. Most stores have a retag device. Which enables them to retag a purchase. Keep in mind not even 12 hours later I needed to return them. Due to their sizes not being a normal size for the boutiques I normally shop at. So Iām stuck with pants that are a size too small and a jacket I canāt wear due to it being very itchy and scratchy. Money isnāt the issue. Itās the principle. Had it been a couple of days. I would totally understand, but it was not even 12 hours and due to my kids taking the tags off without my knowledge but me still having the tags themselves in my possession and returning them along with the items and proof of purchase. It shouldnāt been a no brainer.
Other than these issues. The store is cute, smells nice and customer service is great. Just very dissatisfied with their return policy, because other boutiques I shop at Iāve returned items the same way. I was never denied a refund or trade in storeā¦ā¦

I wasnāt aware that one of the two employees there had targeted my daughters and was following them around and watching them with a hawk eye. As if they were going to steal something. As I proceeded to pay one of the employees asks me for a Botox coin pouch, which was very specific and it rubbed me the wrong way, like she knew exactly what my daughter was looking at. Why would that employee do that? She made me feel like we were going to shop liftā¦which we thankfully have the means to buy what ever we want. It was our first time going to this store and it will be our very last. I did mention this incident to the employees and they said they were doing their jobā¦does their job include judging potential customers and labeling them as thieves? What started as a pleasant shopping experience turned into a headache of an experience. Never will I go to that store again, and I will not recommend any of my friends go here if they will be treated like they are potential thieves. Not worth it. I do feel offended that one employee was not empathetic at all, she was cold and stern as she said she was...

The ladies were too busy gossiping to each other, to greet me, come by to ask if I needed any help or if I was doing okay. Coming from someone who worked retail in the past, I understand not being able to go to every single customer and ask if theyāre doing okay... but I was the ONLY customer in the store. I set my stuff on the counter, and while they were still talking & on their phones, after about 30 seconds one girl finally asked if I was done, and then the girl at the register decided to turn around. I love the store itself, I just wish there was a little more professionalism and friendliness...
