First time going today with my daughter. I walk in a bit early since itās my first time and I had a question and did not know if I got the waiver signed correctly. The two workers told me if I could wait 3 minutes. I asked if I would wait in the front by the door since itās hot. Was told no and that the book store is open. Which was incorrect. I waited outside. As soon as I walk out three other families with way more kids walk in and they were let in. That made no sense. I walked right back in and I asked the workers if it was okay now to come in since they let other people in before me. They just smirked. The workers start picking up before the time is over. I think Iāll stick with play street in Mansfield. Way better service, bigger, and cheaper. Also the bathrooms are a bit sketchy especially with kiddos.
Edit: received a call from garret. Spoke to garret I do not agree about the time frame because I looked down at the time and that was incorrect. Informed him about that. And how letting others before me go made me feel uneasy. He understood how that looked and made me aware that he had no implicit/explicit biases. Shared to me that he has a diverse group. We spoke about how he they could have done better. Such as the begging asking if it was my first time and discussing with me the rules that I did not know instead of telling me to wait outside. Appreciate that he called and reviewed my experience.
Garret you are not handling well the feedback. It is sad. You changed your comment. I thought we came to a better understanding after the phone call but looks like you changed your mind and cannot accept any wrong you did. You act like it takes forever to walk across that small parking lot it does not take more than 30 seconds. You cannot even admit you could have approached me when I walked in and asked me āhey is it your first time let me tell you about the processā instead of kicking me out. I told you I had never been and did not know if I did the waiver correctly. I was going to ask about the membership but you did not give me the time. You said I was supposed to come to you after we spoke about this and I told you it was 12 I have to feed my child and put her down. Plus you are acting like I can recognize the manager when it was my first time there. I have no idea who you are. We spoke about this and you act like we did not. Sad. I thought we came to a better understanding. Plus in the call you implied that I take my review down which I told you I would adjust. I did not remove what I felt was incorrect. You told me ā we are a small business so a bad review would hurt us ā which I felt bad. But after this feedback, I think one star review...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFeFeās Indoor Play is an absolute gem for families!
We visited FeFeās for the first time and were blown away by how thoughtful, clean, and beautifully designed the space is. My toddler was in heaven from the moment we walked in!
There are multiple adorable play areas, including a cozy cottage, a pretend vet clinic with stuffed animals, a farmers market, boutique, cafƩ, and of course, the ball pit + slide house combo that was a total hit. The setup encourages imagination, independence, and social play in such a safe, welcoming environment.
As a parent, I really appreciated the comfortable seating area and the complimentary coffee ā such a nice touch while watching the kids have fun. The staff was so friendly and everything was super clean, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
We also love that they offer birthday party options ā itās now on our list for our next celebration!
FeFeās is such a sweet spot for playdates, rainy days, or just letting the little ones explore in a fun, screen-free environment. Highly recommend it to any local parent looking for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was excited to have an indoor play area near me to take my kid on the weekends here and there. But I Guess I wonāt be coming here. The hours are not clear on google for one, secondly I went in on a Saturday at 2:45 to talk to someone in person because I wanted to know if they didnāt do reservations on the weekends since I couldnāt book online and I saw they were open on google till 7, no one was there the door was locked but the lights were on. They are only open on the weekends to members only. For us who canāt afford monthly memberships and only plan on paying for one day out of the month itās a bit unfortunate (on a weekend) because some of us...
