Why is 0 stars not an option? I Recently lost my leg and i have not been out much, but after a dr appt i was feeling pretty good decided to go shopping with my wife. we parked in the first handicap closest to the store. my wife went to go grab a motorized cart for me. a couple minutes later i heard so yelling and saw bunch of people gawking. I looked to where everyones attention was and see my wife jumping off the cart and running towards me in the car, she said "they wont let me bring it you" the scooter" it was literally a few feet away in the first stall! I voiced my displeasure and the guy who chased my wife said "sorry but these things cost 4000 dollars" We did our shopping after checking out we left the store but out the opposite door (not intentionally) so the car was on the other side but after getting outside a guy was running me down telling me that i cant go in the parking lot with the cart. mind you i was just going the other door and not trying to go to the parking lot, then as i got to the other door the first guy comes out to remind me that i cant go into the parking lot so now i have two employees following me and watching me to make sure i don't leave the sidewalk! way to go crest treating disabled people like damn criminals!!!!!! I'm new to this so i don't know if that's just how it is but i will not go back to this store. My wife and I were both humiliated by these employees for being handicapped and will be on the...
Read moreI have only been shopping at crest one time in Norman OK and I loved it!!! I just moved to Midwest City and I was so excited to have a Crest within two miles to shop, I even set up an account online. . I get my check on the first and that was last Friday. I did all my shopping and went to check out only to find 4 check out lines open and they were four carts deep. I can read that self checkout sign says 25 items or less and I knew it was gonna be hassle for me to do it myself but I probably only had 30 items. First item messed up the scanner and I had noticed there were two ladies watching over the self checkout lanes while talking to one another. One of them says to me I got it go ahead and the other lady walks over and says to me, “you can only use these if you have 25 items or less” and points to the sign above my head like I obviously can’t read. I was already frustrated that a store that size was not prepared at 11 am on the first for people to buy groceries.
I told her I am not waiting in those lines over there so now you get to count my items when you put them back on the shelf and I walked out the door. I will NOT be shopping at a Crest Foods again. Management should rethink the way they staff the registers on certain days of the month and maybe every employee should be actually working instead of standing around pointing out signs...
Read moreStopped in here yesterday around 5 pm (ish) to do some shopping for my dad. He is a die hard Crest shopper. I live in McLoud so it's definitely not convenient and after my experience I most definitely will not be returning. I grabbed his groceries and dog food etc and had to go to the customer service to grab him some smokes. There were 3 people standing around behind the counter chatting. I tell them his brand and what he needs and I ask if I can go ahead and check out the rest of the stuff and mentioned I know I had quite a bit of stuff and was told no that I could not because there was a limit of 15 items (wasn't posted that I seen) even though there were people standing around shooting the breeze. So I check out with his smokes and go stand in line for 10 mins to check out and I had 20 items. So just 5 little items over. My dad can not walk so he was sitting in the car waiting on me. I wouldn't even be making this post if they didn't go above and beyond to be as rude as possible about this. They had NO line, several workers doing NOTHING but talking. I'll save myself the almost hour round trip that I was making out of pure nostalgia for my dad and hit firelake instead. Thank you crest for going...
