It's been a while since I've posted a review. But today I had an opportunity to visit the Fuego Taco Birria Bristow. Let me tell you a few things that really grabbed my attention when I first walked through the door 1. The awesome aroma of the food (trust me the food is off the chain); 2. When I explained this was my first visit. Other patrons who were eating, stopped and turned toward me to share that I would be pleasantly surprised; 3. The confidence, kindness and friendliness of the owners, Ilene and "D" and finally 4. The cleanliness of the establishment. Let's talk about food! The food was On POINT and off the CHAIN. In other words it was Amazingly really good. Today I had the Fuego Nachos with the Asada meat!!! The meat was very tender and melted in my mouth and everything was very fresh. The portion size was plenty and the cost was comparable to what we have seen over this past year $10-$12 for an average meal. I have already told several of my friends about my experience today As for me, I will definitely visit this establishment again. The next item will be the Tacos!!! Midwest City Oklahoma please come out and share your love to the newest addition šŸŒ»šŸ’›

Oh, mygod. This place is gonna be huge. It actually already is as a food truck business, but has expanded to a physical shoppe. The birria tacos, the waffle fries, the consomme - in a word, special. Yep,I made those involuntary moany sounds that escape when food is especially tasty. I enjoy food but wouldn't consider myself a foodie. But I may have to try everything here, it's That good. There are a few really smart people who have already visited and now they grab takeout (online and call-in) orders. The vibe is nice, friendly, and relaxed. Things slow down just a little. The shoppe is cool, it's small, about enough space for 3-4 small parties, but super clean and the staff is great. Even spoke with the owner for a spell, enjoyed it immensely. The world needs this place, these people, and their culinary gifts!

I will start with the service. I was greeted when I walked in the door by a young lady with a pleasant attitude and a big smile. She seemed happy to be there and was very attentive. Next was the food. I ordered the Loaded Burrito and my wife got the Taco Basket. The food came out quick and hot, just like it should. The burrito was good size and had great flavor. The tacos were asada and had a great flavor as well and I really enjoyed the dipping consommƩ. My favorite off of her plate were the elotes. We finished the dinner with a Bavarian filled churro. As far as the inside of the restaurant it was nice. It was clean and well kept. Only opportunity I saw was to lower the radio volume. I would recommend eating here it was a very nice experience

First few times eating here everything was delicious and on point. Very friendly atmosphere and very clean. My children favorite item on the menu are the waffle fries. They were so looking forward to eating waffle fries and were highly disappointed. The fries were different this time ( maybe they were not fresh because those plates were out in less than 3 mins). I thought they were being picky but their issues were valid. There was also a lot of beef fat on one of the fry orders. Not a big deal for me but I just removed it off. I want let one bad experience render a bad rating but we also threw out the Ramien we purchased on a previous visit. I was so looking forward to trying something new on their menu but it lacked flavor. The tacos & nachos are delicious…I’ll stick with these two items in the future if we decide to go back…I look for consistency at eateries. The cleanliness, professionalism and friendly atmosphere are all A+ ratings...That was $40 wasted on food we didn’t eat…I should’ve trusted my gut. I will never purchase food before a restaurant is closing again. Each time the food was not on point, it was 30-40 mins before closing time. I had to quickly call to get a pizza delivered & make a side salad. Maybe God is saying save your coins and...

We tried this for the first time tonight, we ordered our food and sat down to wait on our food after 15,to20 mins the lady taking orders apologized for the wait. We saw 2 our customers get there orders before us even though they ordered after us. Lady taking orders did keep us informed and apologized for the delay. We both got the taco basket with asada they had just ran out of birria. Food was hot and fresh. I got a side of street corn but was not impressed. There's several things that they can do to improve it. Corn was just regular corn put in a warmer was not cooked on the griddle had water at the bottom of the bowl No cilantro or chilli powder , I added lime juice from my slice of lime (I like extra lime flavor)so not sure it even had it to begin with and there just wasn't that much sauce on top. I won't be ordering it again. If they improve it I might try it again. Overall it was an okay experience. If I read correctly they just opened up recently so could be working out the kinks. I will come back again and hopefully have a...
