Penny and Irene's Flowers & Gifts — Local services in Midwest City

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Ruth's Roses. We placed an order for flowers on 5/23, with the expectation that they would be delivered the same day. However, on 5/23, we were contacted and informed of a delay, with a promise that the flowers would be delivered on 5/24. Unfortunately, that was the last communication we received.

It turns out that Ruth's Roses canceled our order due to "supply issues." They claimed to have tried calling us, yet we have no record of any calls besides the initial one, as the number they have is our business line, which logs all calls. Additionally, our email was listed, and we received no communication there either. Instead, they simply refunded our order without any further contact.

These flowers were meant to be sympathy flowers, and it was very important for our client to receive them. Had Ruth's Roses reached out, we could have selected an alternative. Instead, they chose to have zero communication, which is a sad way to conduct business.

I will not be ordering from Ruth's Roses again, which is unfortunate since we wanted to support a local business and we frequently send flowers to clients. This experience has been incredibly...

Penny & IRENE’s has been a place my step mother(who raised me) always used for flowers 💐 etc. I am now a 68 yr old adult & have used them for all functions.. birthdays, Valentines, anniversaries, special occasions and yes, also the passing of loved ones! They have been sending flowers to my birth mother in Florida for her birthday for countless years! My birth mother just passed & she was brought back to Oklahoma & once again Phil & Claudia came thru with the most beautiful Silk arrangement that my mother would’ve loved!! I have used Penny and Irene's Flowers and Gifts since 2013. I have used them ever since. They have never disappointed me! Anytime I have placed an order, the floral arrangements have been simply gorgeous! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to order flowers. I want to thank Phil, Gary and Claudia who have always helped me with my orders. This picture really doesn't do justice to the arrangement that I just purchased for my Mother's birthday....it is so beautiful, everyone that has seen it said it was just gorgeous!
