Shelby's Furniture Consignment — Local services in Midwest City

I inquired about a table posted Shelby Furniture listed on FB market. When they confirmed that it was still available and provided his store hours I inquired if he might hold it until the upcoming weekend since my work hours wouldn't permit me to come to the store during the week by 4pm, and asked whether it would fit in a standard truck bed or would need to rent a Uhual (that way I could plan to either borrow my in-law's truck or rent a Uhual, both of which would take planning and coordination in advance). A few hours later I was responded to by being falsely accused as a "scammer" and with excessive profanity.

This was an terrible experience. Hopefully this review may be a learning experience for him as his off-based assumption cost him a guaranteed sale and to perhaps be more discerning...

The owner of this store used our software for over 10 years - never a complaint and never a charge for 'support'. He contacted us recently asking for help in moving the software to another computer which required our time to update the database and assist. The owner of the store refused us service when we asked about his return policy on bed frames if they aren't sturdy. Bought a brand new bed frame from Walmart and had issues with it so I wanted to make sure that my grandkids had a good sturdy bed frame.
