Found Equity Roofing online and based upon all the excellent reviews decided to have them come out to provide quote for new soffits, fascia, and gutters. Ed Landis came out and inspected the house. He was very thorough and inspected our roof for us as well. A detailed, thorough quote was provided including pictures of areas needing special repair. Ed was responsive to all my followup questions and so we signed off. Then we heard from project manager Allen Stoltzfus who took over the scheduling and any follow up questions we might have. His communication before, during, and after was appreciated. Installers Eddie and Laverne arrived on schedule and were extremely professional. They worked long hours to get the job done as promised and were always open to questions we had along the way. The property was cleaned up neatly at the end of each day’s work. What was most unbelievable is that they didn’t request payment at end of job. The company allows for a brief passage of time to be sure you are completely satisfied. A call from Allen checking in to make sure of your satisfaction came before final invoice. Companies could take a few lessons on customer service from Equity Roofing! Will use them again and not hesitate to refer.

Spring 2023 Reached out to Equity to get a quote on replacing the roof on our home and garage as we were very pleased with our prior experience. We were happy to see Ed come visit our home once again to evaluate our needs and provide a quote. He was also able to connect us with a wonderful contracting team to put a roof addition over our patio. Sam and his team from Equity came to install our new roof over the house and garage and they were like a fine-tuned machine. They completed the job in a bit over 1 day. In and out! Most impressive is the constant communications/photos, and the cleanup being done non-stop throughout the day. Thanks again Equity Roofing!!

I had my entire roof replaced during the 4th of July week —-plus some additional enhancements—- by Equity Roofing. To say they did an exceptional job would really be an understatement! From the very first contact we made with Allen and Yolanda at the Bloomsburg Home Show, through the quoting process with Jon, and then the installation process with Josh and Trey, the professionalism, communication, customer service and QUALITY work they did was outstanding! And that was after getting quotes from three other companies.

The crew doing the work was unbelievably efficient and worked almost non-stop. Both Trey and Josh are 5-star-caliber leaders! All of my questions were answered in the moment. The additional work —- installing insulation —-was flawless. The help I requested from Josh and Trey to get my part of the project done was met with, “We can definitely help, what do you need us to do?”. The quality of the work they did, and the warranty they provide, gave my wife and I all the confidence, satisfaction and assurance we needed to confirm we contracted with the right company!

To reinforce that, before they began our project, we were invited to their open house and celebration of their company, employees and community. How we saw them interact and treat each other, their friends and neighbors and their employees was something not seen a lot today. They definitely have their priorities in the right place and it was great to experience it with them.
