Everything about this business is fantastic! The products are great, you won’t be disappointed (and I’m picky about what goes on my body!) Even better than the product is the fantastic folks running the show. Every shipment I’ve sent myself arrives in a matter of days with a “thank you” on the invoice. I recently sent a package to a friend as a gift and they wrapped ALL OF IT. They even went as far as to add a card saying “from Skyler.” Who does that on their own besides the loveliest of people?! One time USPS sent my package elsewhere and Pompeii immediately emailed me about the delay. I’m not used to such quality customer service! The world has become competition for the little gems like this place, but when the products I go in to purchase are either discontinued in stock, or took a jump up in cost and downsize to quantity, I'll buy elsewhere; I love small and local shops and support them when I can, but when I see the 6oz bottle of product I bought 3 months ago for 20$ is now 4oz for 29$, that's one less reason for me to go in, and at this point I've gone from going in once a month to I've been in 1 time since December; Bc I can get the exact same thing, online, shipped 2 day for cheaper. I have used the soap and essential oils for years. I started using the clothing detergent and have refilled my jugs several times. I love the lemon scent. Every year, I send a birthday gift to my best friend. We used to go to the store together. She now lives in another state, so being able to send her favorites, including dog soap and spray is easy. Recently, I bought shampoo bars. I love the bar. The bars are more solid than ones I have purchased elsewhere. It works great! I also have the soap dispensers made from canning jars.
