China Chef — Restaurant in Mifflinburg

Good food fast. Decent prices. I always order take out because the dining area is small and not very inviting. Feels cramped. Staff is always nice and food has always been great! The kitchen is an open air set up so you can watch them make your order. They have a buffet, but there's not a lot of variety and I always wonder how long the food has been sitting under the heat lamps...?? Fresh is best so I recommend ordering from the menu. The one thing that really annoys me is they DO NOT accept credit/debit cards! CASH/CHECK ONLY! (Unusual for 2018 IMO.) Overall, Im impressed with China Chef. Its nice to have a variety of food to select here in Mifflinburg besides pizza, subs or family style dining. LOL Hope they continue to maintain a successful business. Had L15 shrimp had a funny taste and I couldn't eat it and they must've ran out of vegetables because they put cabbage in with broccoli, onions, carrots, celery and baby corn. The brown sauce was gooey and tasteless. Pork egg roll was over fried. I'm glad I only bought lunch because if I spent more money for terrible tasting/tasteless food I'd be more upset than I am now.
