This is a hidden gem, an unobtrusive little place with almost no 'storefront.' But boy oh boy do they deliver high quality service! I've been coming here for years, and they've done everything from replacing a watch battery that other places refused to touch, saying the case was too "thin," but Henry's did it in less than 10 min--it was surreal, as if it was no big deal. Since then, I've had everything from custom pieces made, to ring sizing and necklace adjustments, earring posts switched, etc. They are a family-run business and are supremely warm, caring, friendly and go the extra mile (even when they're not going to make a profit). I went in yesterday for a simple watch link adjustment and he did not charge me--I had to insist on paying him :-) I've also sold 22k gold and gotten a competitive rate . . . I just happened to find this place while searching for a place to get my chain clasps fixed, and I'm so happy I did! Anthony was so friendly and knowledgeable -- after examining the clasp he told me it could be quickly repaired, and he took care of it in less than 5 minutes! Another jeweler at a different place wanted to charge me over $200 to replace the clasp, and hadn't even offered to repair it, but Anthony took the time to examine the piece and fix it right away. He's clearly very knowledgeable, and he was so accommodating and helpful. I will be coming back with my other pieces!

Great experiences. We went to Henry's a few years back to resize my wife's engagement ring and they did a superb job. Today went back as the stone was loose and Henry's reset the ring (re-did the prongs and polished).
