I am a devout follower and buyer of this brand and have been to different locations in different states. First time giving a review because I was truly impressed and taken aback by the customer service here earlier today - specifically by Sarah (not sure spelling but she’s a petite brunette). I phoned ahead to ask about the store and she took the time to answer my questions honestly and even asked what my name was so she could remember me when I came in. I showed up at the store an hour later and asked for Sarah- who immediately came to my assistance and started picking outfits for me straight away. She knew exactly what sizes I needed, was patience and respectful of my clothing preferences, and was just overall really sweet. Aritzia needs to give this girl a bonus because not only is she a subject matter expert on all things Aritzia, but she represented the brand extremely well and literally made me want to buy everything. I went to other stores in the mall after and was extremely disappointed by their customer service...
Read moreThe employees here are the rudest I have ever encountered in retail. As someone who previously worked in retail and now works in corporate fashion, having common manners and being a kind person to a customer should be among normal personal and moral standards at the least. Never in my life have I been meant to feel uncomfortable and borderline bullied at a retail store. It’s uncomfortable and extremely strange. The mean girl culture at this location is to an extreme. Anytime I ask for assistance, for an exchange, for a mere CHECK OUT, I’m given a dirty look or as if I’m interrupting something. I’ve already called customer service to report this location and clearly nothing was done. Really sad that in 2025 women still feel the need to be nasty to other women - let alone in an associate-customer interaction at a retail chain that is mid-luxury level. Do better aritzia. Specifically train your employees to be more hospitable and more kind. Being...
Read moreI hear what people are saying about the mirror situation. I had to prop my phone camera up to get a preview before walking out to the communal mirror. BUT, Leah was incredibly kind and helpful. She got me many different sizes and other options based on my style. She spent a lot of time helping me so I did not have to go back and forth to the floor to get other pieces to complete an outfit. For all slim people, this store is a must. I have had an incredibly hard time finding clothes that fit. I am typically an XS, but since the pandemic stores have changed their sizes and now everything is baggy and huge. I went to Nordstrom and they rarely had anything smaller than a 6 on the floor. Aritzia has a huge selection of XS clothes and a variety that could be either casual or dressy/professional. It was my first time there and I will definitely go back, even if that means dealing with the...
