My journey with Tempur-Pedic began over a decade ago with the "Celebrity" model. Seeing a time to upgrade, reviewing all the evolutions within the product line was daunting online. So my fiancé and I made the trip to this flagship location. Upon arrival at the store we were greeted by, Meesha, one of the brand ambassadors therein (and an excellent one at that)! Genuinely pleasant and professional in her approach, she asked the pertinent questions that would guide her in the mattresses/pillows she showed us to consider, saving us a ton of time with trial and error. Meesha took her time in going over features in a thorough and seamless way from the two or three products we narrowed down to. Additionally, she answered all our questions completely. There was never any pressure to purchase, and Meesha was forthright in when the best sales would occur on the respective products we chose.
