My kids got me a windbridge hoody jacket in black color and unfortunately that was not the right color. Starting for the associate not knowing his stock at the store nor online. He was just after the commission evidently. I returned the jacket and it was ordered online from the store but it was sent to the wrong address so fedex returned it to the warehouse. When we paid for it no tracking number, no email confirmation o notification whatsoever. The worse part was that i lost the receipt but it was paid with a visa card. I called the store after 10 days and i explained the situation and i was told there was no way to track the transaction by visa card, i was like “WHAT?!!! Even Target can do that and you, a very high end brand can’t do it?! You must be kidding me” Jonathan one of the store manager called me and even he attempted to assist on this he provided me with information i needed but like “here is your receipt here the tracking number you take care from here!!! Bye” I did my homework and proved him that based on the information the jacket was returned to the warehouse. He called me on the following day and confirmed on that and the order was going to be cancelled. If I still wanted the jacket I needed to place a new order what I did through him and requested to send it to the store by accidentally he specified to send it to my address. I got the jacket couple of days after I signing for it. However the credit for the jacket that did not deliver took about 11 days to be credited. I tried to follow up with the store manager and it was not that easy. Finally the credit came in but the experience was not easy and pleasant despite of the brand. Their merchandise is not cheap and you would expect a way better experience and customer support to be honest. Sorry for the long text to go through but wanted to detail on the whole experience. I am no saying their goods are bad, not at all. For the price they better be. I think there is plenty of room for them to improve the...
Read moreThis was the worst customer service experience that I ever had in my life. To the point where I want to say it was ugly and disgusting. We would expect some level of professionalism from a person who calls herself the Manager "Pegan", but that was not the case today. Pegan was extremely rude and filled with attitude, to the point where she was verbally putting me down. I visited the store due to an issue I had with one of the purchases I made back in MAY23 during the summer. As fall approached, I was finally able to put on the coat for the first time; however, as soon as I wore the coat the fuzz from the coat started sticking all over my skin and kept causing me to sneeze constantly. I initially spoke to "AP" on the phone and addressed the issue. I explained to him the situation; i fully understood the 30day return policy and also explained that the tag was detached, but he was still willing to accomodate and have me exchange the product with another product at the store.
I was greeted very rudely from Pegan at the store. I inquired with Pegan about my concerns and told her that I already spoke with "AP" on the phone, she mentioned that no one has told her anything and snapped back even to tell me that "I AM THE MANAGER" and AP was her team lead. I wish I could have recorded her behavior, luckily my husband was present to witness everything. Pegan even went on to using her fingers to point down at me saying "No No No No" while she was talking. My husband and I immediately left the store because we believed there was no point in arguing with such obnoxious/power-tripping individual and because it was mentally not healthy for my pregnancy. I called the corporate office right afterwards and filed a complaint against Pegan. I hope to see her receive corrective training and if she's still present in her position, I hope no one else ever goes through the experience that I...
Read moreTerrible experience in this store. Won't ever come back. After several minutes browsing around with none of the employees who were standing around chatting amongst themselves and staring at me offering assistance or as much as a greeting, Leonard finally spoke. I asked to see a couple jackets and he was one of the most unhelpful, dissinterested, pompous customer service workers I had encountered in a long time. Instead of offering for me to try the jackets on he just held them up so I could look at them. "Can I try them on?" He then goes "here." He offered no assistance holding the jackets, putting the jackets on, or offering any information about them. Any question I asked him was met with a "yup," or "uh huh." Vocabulary is clearly not his strong suit. He literally acted and spoke like he was a 4 year old. He was a major turn off to the brand. I asked to try out the cold room (which he never mentioned), and he started walking and said "you have to bring the jacket," to which I responded "I figured that." Clearly, he wasn't going to be bothered to bring it. Leonard is an embarrassment to the brand and customer service in general. And the store was empty of customers! It's not like the relatively large amount of staff on the floor was overwhelmed with business. Needless to say, I didn't buy anything and have zero plans of ever going back. A week earlier I had bought a beautiful Mackage coat in the Mackage store in the same mall (excellent service in there, by the way!), and had plans to also buy a Moncler and a Canada Goose. Thanks to the terrible service Leonard and his cohorts provided in this Short Hills Mall Canada Goose store, Canada Goose is nixed and I'm sticking with Mackage...
