My 1st experience was amazing with Sophia. But then I came back to exchange one of my items that didn't fit me and Devon ingram the associate store manager told me I can't get store credit or exchange it since there was some lint on it. I asked him if I can use a lint roller and cone back. He said sure. I came back the next week. I made sure there was no lint and he told me he still won't take it. I tried telling him it was my 3rd time there and it's 2 hours or driving each time but he didn't care. He told the security not to let me in. I called customer service and they confirmed Its in the policy to exchange or receive store credit within 30 days. I would recommend dealing with Sophia or going to another location.
