These two workers were probably the most disrespectful people I’ve ever encountered. The service is always bad when I go there, but today these two made me never want to step into any Starbucks location ever again. I kindly asked the barista to remake my drink, she rolled her eyes and started making other drinks , i patiently waited because I didn’t want to make a fuss. After she gave me the new drink, it still wasn’t good but I smiled and said thankyou anyway, to that, the other barista yelled for me to come back in and throw out the cap from the old drink. I didn’t realize I left it on the counter, however , he demanded I throw it out and I said “don’t talk to me like that, who is your manger” and he proceeded to roll his eyes and walk away. This staff is by far the worse staff ive ever encountered. I go to this location daily because I unfortunately work here and it’s the only Starbucks I can go to, whenever I pick up my drinks, most of the time it taste horrible, I never complain and still say thankyou. No one ever says you’re welcome or just gives professional / nice service. I will not be returning to this location ever again. and based on the other reviews on here I am not the only one who feels this way, sadly this location will have the worse reputation. . Read moreStarbucks PLEASE READ. I literally just left the Starbucks in the short hills mall and have promised I will never go back there. I put two orders in, iced cloud caramel macchiato and a hazelnut Frappuccino. I got the macchiato first (which was my mom’s) and when she sipped it, she tasted some weird chunks. She spent the next 5-7 minutes trying to fix her drink herself and get the chunks out. While she’s doing that, I’m still waiting for my frap and have watched countless people who were behind me get their drinks and leave. I asked the woman where my drink was and another woman said she’ll be making it soon. She proceeded to make another 4-5 drinks before making mine (I also want to mention how every staff member looked like they hated being there and were too busy to help anyone). I finally get my drink and the color looked off. Once I stepped outside the Starbucks, I realized my entire drink is white which means there’s no coffee in it or hazelnut. It’s pretty much some syrup in milk with whipped cream. I’m currently watching it melt in its cup because I refuse to drink this nastiness. When my sister asked for her refund the lady at the register seemed surprised all whilst my 5 month old niece was crying, I proceeded to get a bit verbally stern with the lady as she was being very insensitive. Waiting that long for a coffee drink is beyond insane. Their system was messy, they should have had someone focusing on I store orders a day others on mobile orders..just saying. Generally I like to share my good experiences reviews on google...but I needed to warn others or at least give consumers a heads up. I didn't ask for my refund so they ended up just keeping my money. It's not right to take advantage of customers. I guess in a nutshell brace yourselves for really long wait times and or possibly never even getting what you paid for at this particular starbucks.
