The most bizarre shopping experience in my life. My mom and I came to this store a few days ago to see the book tote as sheâs been eyeing it for a while. She wanted the large in pink and we asked the sales guy if they had one and he gave us this look as if we were idiots and told us âokay but it doesnât come in pink?â with an attitude. Okay, sorry we didnât know? He brings out the medium in pink that still has wrapping on it and gives it to my mom, who speaks perfect English but has an accent, but the whole time is talking to me instead, telling me âask her if she wants me to unwrap the bag for herâ. Iâm looking at him confused cuz Iâm like, she understands you? she speaks perfect English and we were speaking English in front of him as well. While my mom was looking at the bag I picked up one of the large book totes just to hold and made a comment about how I didnât realize how heavy they were, as I never picked one up since theyâre not really my style and in a snarky tone he states âyeah thatâs cuz theyâre good qualityâ. Iâm not really sure where he was going with that comment but it rubbed me the wrong way. At the end of all this my mom just wasnât feeling the whole experience and we decided to leave but I also was looking for an ivory bag for a wedding I had this weekend. I had purchased a 30 Montaigne bag in Paris that was a blush pink and I was curious to see it in the white. I was explaining the bag to the sales guy because all the bags they had on display were more of the lady Dior style and mine was a smooth calfskin. again with an attitude told me âthese are all the 30 Montaigne bags we haveâ and points to the display behind him. You wouldâve thought if I purchased a specific dior bag before I would know that they sell it in the store right? Lo and behold itâs in the back and not on display. He brings it out, I love the color but Iâm over this experience at this point and just said I didnât want it and trying to end everything on a decent note I said âthank you for your help.â He just grabs the bag and stomps away. Im not sure why this gentleman pursued a job in the workforce as a luxury handbag salesperson or who hired him but he clearly lacks people skills and common sense, unless this whole âtreating people who look a little too casual and have an accent like theyâre an inconvenienceâ is a new sales tactic but Iâm not here for it and he either needs to pick a different field of work or get some therapy. Do yourself a favor and go to either a different store or to the Champs Elysees store where they treat you with 5 star service no matter what...
Read moreCustomer Service in this boutique is absolutely atrocious. They were only allowing 2-3 customers into the store at a time due to COVID, which is totally understandable. After waiting 15-20 mins in line, no one greeted me upon entering and the worker was just texting on her phone. After telling her I was looking for earrings, she just pulled out two trays of earrings and didnât even bother asking me if I was looking for anything in particular or anything. She just went right back texting on her phone while I look over the earrings. I asked her if they have any earrings that are heart-shaped and she said everything on the tray was all they had. Iâve been looking at earrings on the Dior website for a couple of days already prior to coming to the boutique to check them out in person. On the website, it stated that the earrings were in stock in this particular boutique, so I showed her a picture of the earrings that I was interested in and she said that they have those and pulled out a bunch of other earrings from another boxâŚ. I was already fed up at that point and just brought the earrings and left. The only time she seems friendly was when she finished doing my card transaction. Absolutely would not recommend this boutique and will not be coming back here ever. Go somewhere in NY where service will be a lot...
Read moreBought an expensive pair of shoes from this store as a birthday gift for my wife, and while she initially loved them, they turned out to be a complete disaster. After just a couple of months, the part of the shoe where the laces attach completely fell apartâsomething youâd never expect from shoes at this price point.
We brought the shoes back to the store on November 30 for repairs, and they promised it would take 4â6 weeks. Since then, weâve heard absolutely nothing from them. My wife has tried contacting the store multiple times, and every time, weâre met with excuses and zero accountability. Here are some of their ridiculous responses:
"Weâll let you know when we have time." "We donât have any information at the moment." Even when we provided the repair ticket number, they claimed they couldnât find the status and just kept saying, âLeave your information, and weâll get back to you.â Of course, they never do.
Itâs shocking that a store selling such expensive, supposedly premium products has such poor quality and customer service. Their lack of professionalism and inability to handle repairs is absolutely unacceptable.
Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money. I do not recommend this...
