arguably the worst customer service i have ever encountered. the asian sales associates were very sweet, but the middle aged white woman was just extremely rude to anyone thats poc, gave my mom and me dirty looks the entire time, didnāt even let me check my shoes in comfort, and basically started mumbling weird remarks as if we couldnāt hear her. she threw my shoes in the box after i looked at them and got upset when we were speaking in our mother tongue as if itās an requirement to speak English all the time. itās so embarrassing to have one person ruin your complete experience. itās no wonder everyone complains about this place, itās honestly better to just shop online or take the time to go to the New York location where you will at least be treated with respect. i bought two things at this location and both times were a complete disaster. the manager is arguably the only thing that kept me sane and is the only reason i even went a second time. the one star is for him, thank you for...

From the moment I walked in, he was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive ā not just to what I was shopping for, but to me as a person. He offered me some drinks, made sure I was comfortable, and took the time to genuinely connect.
