If I could give 0 stars I would. My ysl bag is my favorite but sadly their materials and customer service is the worst of any designer brand ever. I have the Lou camera bag and side ripped 5 months after buying and they tried to charge me $35 to fix it… they only took it off since I complained and was basically still new and showed bad quality on their end. Ysl also has a 2 year warranty, now almost at 2 years a black dress of mine that I have worn before with my Louis Vuitton, Gucci and dior bags light colored to never worn off before but with my brown ysl does color transfer. I brought to short hills mall for them to help get it out, said would call me days later- ended up 2 weeks and said it was cost $280 for their warehouse to “try” and get it out. Lol not even guaranteed. From experience of someone who has many designers, do not purchase ysl. Their quality is not good. There are plenty of better designers with longer lasting quality for the money we are spending...

He met all my needs and could not be more accommodating as he did so. I have been to the store in NYC and it does not compare in customer service to the Short Hills store.
