One month ago, I returned items received as gifts to this location. Half were considered in-store purchases so I received a store credit gift card. The rest were online purchases. The girl at the register took the online items, entered my information, said I would receive an email receipt and also said there was no way to know what the online items were worth until they are assessed by the online office and that I would receive a gift card in the mail within the next two weeks. So I trusted her, walked out and one month later received nothing. I called the store twice as well as customer service. Customer service has no records and canât do anything without a transaction # FOUND ON A RECEIPT THAT I NEVER GOT. Since I was given a gift card before the online transaction, I asked if they could track that return to see what was done after on the same register/employee sign-in and was told their âsystem doesnât work like thatâ. When I called a second time, one employee asked for date/time/register where I returned these items. I gave all info other than the register which I did not remember and then someone else took over the call and immediately said they canât do anything. I LOST HUNDREDS of dollars worth of items that I would have otherwise donated if I knew VS was so reckless with customer purchases. I was also told that the people who purchased these items might have received the gift card in the mail instead of me which is completely embarrassing and rude on my behalf as now they may know I made returns. This was a poor explanation and made no sense. The girl said she would train her employees better which is great as it does nothing for me. Other than that comment, zero was offered to fix this. I am definitely never shopping here again.
Update- bumping this up again..This ^ review was written in 2021. As I visited this mall recently- not the VS store- I remembered this experience and checked here to see if any VS representative ever pretended to care to comment..and nothing. I escalated this issue as much as I possibly could at the time and no one from the store or corporate attempted to reach out.    Read moreOk at this place, rudeness, is no âsecretâ! Itâs on full display. Ran in today to get the security sensor removed from a bra (second time in two months they mistakenly forgot to remove). Young girl at small mid-store register was sweet but on her phone, not so discreetly texting (not a good look). Asked to talk to the manager and the young girl pointed me in her direction. I approached the manager and explained that this is the second time in two months this has happened. Maybe give her a heads up. No apology, just a huff and frustrated âpeople make mistakesâ reply They do, I do, I get it, but hold up, this is the manager? Thatâs how she wants to handle this? I asked her name, she refused to answer. She wasnât standing still, she was moving from VS to Pink so I followed asking her name. She continued to refuse. She claimed I was harassing her and threatened to call security. I attempted to record but was focused on getting her to answer. There was ZERO harassing. She escalated a conversation, a question, to a full blown argument, forcing me to follow her NOT harass her. Iâll be calling corporate tomorrow. Clearly from these reviews...

I was misinformed about a promo, got the pay point and the lady says that was the wrong item to get. Which is okay, very understandable but why would you tell the attendant to tell us like hello I speak English and I am right in-front of you, communicate with me. And then you feel âuncomfortableâ about the kids we came with moving in and out of the store playing peacefully. Those were kids 15, 7 and 1 years old (boys), what would they have done, steal lingerie? We had to asked them to stay outside the store only for you to put our items to the side and ask someone else to talk to us? That lady on the floor with the salt and pepper hair did a marvelous job.
