STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RETAIL STORE!!!! Horrendous treatment. Sneaky, lying theives that do not care about anything but getting your money! Brian should not be in customer service. He threw me out of the store because I was frustrated and had a frustrated tone and he said I was “screaming at him” and “calling him names”. I was not name calling, however, My voice was slightly raised, but no where near screaming! I went in to get help switching to a replacement phone. When the replacement phone kept shutting down, Brian wouldn’t help me in sorting out what to do. He also ordered Savanah not to help me. “Go home and figure it out for yourself” is basically what I was told. They would not get me in conwith the store manager. I have been a loyal customer for years. I could not believe the treatment I received today. I was in a few days ago, and watched a lady leave in tears from the treatment she got. I guess I should have learned my lesson then. Rude, unprofessional, and not at all helpful. I went to the real Verizon store on Peach street and actually got help. Found out that the liquid screen protection I was sold at the West Ridge retailer store for $41 + actually voids the warranty and they will NOT refund my money!!!!! Thankfully, it wasn’t used on my phone before I left the store. I will spend the extra gas money and go to the Verizon Store by Sam’s from now on. I am also going to find a way to report this to higher ups. If I were Verizon, I would pull my inventory from that location. I would never want to be...
Read moreThis is a locally owned store, which is usually something I try to support...but not in this case. This noncorporate store is akin to a used car parking lot, where you have people working on commission upselling you, overcharging you, and not disclosing charges. I bought a (way overpriced) old model Pixel here on a postpaid plan. Was told I had to pay the sales tax...only later did I learn that they also charged me $35 to get the phone set up. Never told me about the charge, they just snuck it into the "sales tax." The phone later stopped working after just five weeks. Took it back to the store. They could not get it to work. Told me I had to go through Google and Google would reimburse me. The store would not do anything even though they sold me this defective phone barely a month ago. Google refused many times to cover the phone; wouldn't give me a reason but I wonder if the phone they sold me was even new. In desperation, I went to the Verizon store on Interchange and they got me a new phone after a month with no phone. Do NOT buy a phone at this store. Go to an actual corporate store. Or better yet, but direct from the manufacturer or a big box store and get a plan through some other carrier. Verizon...
Read moreIf I could give a half of a star I would. I went into the Verizon store on West Ridge road on 2/11/17 to purchase a new case for my S7 edge and other items. Unfortunately they were out of stock on the S7 edge otterbox defender. The verizon associate tells me they can order me one and have it in in about a weeks time and took my number and said they would call me when it comes in. On 2/19/17 I did not hear anything from verizon so I called them to check the status of the case. The Verizon associate proceeds to tell me that they will be placing an order in about 3 days and would contact me. Now if Im correct a week is 7 days. Ok even if its 7 business days. Its now March 10th and I have still not heard from them. Even if it was on back order which it wasn't a call would of been nice. I went to the Verizon store on Peach Street and Washington Ave and they had it ordered and ready for pick up in 3 days. I guess I know where I will be going from now on. Great customer service Verizon on...
