I wrote abut this experience when it happened about two years ago, but it's funny the review got deleted mysteriously... So let me repost. I walked to this store pushing my three young children in our stroller (that's three kids who were four years old and younger). On the way the stroller got a flat tire. I muscled on and got there, and asked a worker if I could leave the stroller in the sit down area, in the corner out of the way, for maybe 10 minutes while I got a ride to my house to get my truck. She said she didn't think it would be a problem, but she needed to ask her manager. When she came back her attitude was totally different. She pursed her lips at me and told me coldly, "You can leave it here. But if it gets stollen, not our responsibility. Sorry." The person I'd called to give me a ride showed up around that time, so I took my kids to get our truck. When I got back I informed the woman I had spoken to before that I was just picking up my stroller. She didn't speak to me, but just looked at me with her arms folded until I was out of the building. Who in the world treats a mother stranded with three very young children in this manner?? To be clear, I wasn't asking Sprouts to take legal responsibility of my stroller. I was asking if I could leave it in an out of the way place while I got a truck to remove it from the premises. Sprouts made this already stressful situation worse, and they should be ashamed. Read moreThis store has quickly won my heart in my favorite neighborhood grocer! Amongst many stores to choose from, for years I have come and chosen this one. As they really do make you feel like family. On top of their willingness to go out of their way in regards to find you whatever you are looking for. Joey is incredible and always willing to help me find whatever I’m looking for. He has gone above and beyond countless times not only for me but his employees as well. I love all the incredible team members here and feel so deeply loved and appreciated as a customer! I am happy to support such a team who is always willing and able to assist me in whatever way necessary.
I love sprouts values and how much they contribute to the community of giving back! This is not your “average” grocery store. All the way from the quality, diversity and fresh selection they always have to offer. They also contribute a lot to donations and giving in such a humanitarian way. I fully support this concept as it resonates with me deeply. I completely support this store and all it contributes with giving back. But it is all because of these incredible workers within this one that are so kind, so nice and so willing to go out of their way to show me how valued and appreciated I really am because of that I am faithful and loyal to them. Read moreI was competently disrespected by 2 staff members in my search for organic produce. I asked a man who was stocking produce for help looking for an item and he told me to look for it myself because he didn’t know where it was. Completely rude and disrespectful. I understand that English might not be his preferred language but I refuse to be treated unfairly and disrespected. Didn’t bother to ask another associate or find me adequate help. I am obviously choosing this store to shop and that kind of response is unwarranted. When I went to look for more help from a different store employee, I advised him the associate in the produce area was unhelpful and clueless on where to find the organic produce I was looking for. He then disrespected me and started to become conformational because the produce guy was not clueless and he didn’t speak English. This person also proved to be unhelpful. Told me if it’s not on the shelf then it’s out. Didn’t offer a replacement, nothing. People shouldn’t have to encounter employees so unwilling to help the customer. This is not how you treat customers and my first impression of Sprouts is now tarnished with the unprofessionalism of these associates. I hope you consider this information as I am sure I will not be the first customer treated in this manner. Go spend your hard earned money...
